mumbai attack prime manister addressed to the nation

Identitites of the terrorists involved in Mumbai attacks have started surfacing. Indian investigating agencies have said that Mumbai attackers are all Pakistani nationals. Although Pakistan foreign minister, who is in India, has condemned the attack and offered to help in India.

"There are indications that the perpetrators of the crime, who arrived in Mumbai by boats, are Pakistani nationals," authoritative sources said.

The indications are based on information gathered from captured terrorists, the sources said.

Maharashtra deputy chief minister R R Patil, who also holds the Home portfolio, said revealing detailed information on the terror strikes could prove detrimental at this juncture.

"We have total clues. But disclosing information would not help the case," Patil said. "This is an attack on the country. We will disclose information at an appropriate time," he said.

Meanwhile, there are reports that Colaba police have impounded four boats allegedly used by the terrorists to reach the Mumbai coast.

There will be much confusion yet to come as well as miss information and counter information before we may know for sure what and who did commit those atrocities.

It is not surprising that Pakistanis are being accused because it is an old tradition of accusing Pakistan of involvement in every sabotage act inside India. Paschen has rightly said that it would take time to fathom as to who was really involved. Recent probes in a couple of bombing incidents are testimony to the fact that initial reports could not be believed.

Pakistan condemned on Thursday militant attacks in the Indian city of Mumbai in which at least 101 people have been killed, and reaffirmed its opposition to terrorism. "Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani while strongly condemning the incidents of violence in Mumbai has expressed deep sorrow over the loss of precious lives," the government said in a statement.
President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani have "strongly" deplored the attacks in India's financial capital Mumbai that killed 82 people and left over 900 injured. "Today's attacks in Mumbai which have claimed many innocent victims remind us, yet again, of the threat we face from violent extremists," they said in a statement and added that India together with Pakistan has now seriously fell victim to global terrorism. "I condemn these attacks strongly”, Gilani said. "Our grieves are with the families and friends of those killed and injured. Pakistan and India will continue their joint struggles to counter the actions of terrorists." Indian media said that as many as 900 people had been injured in the attacks, which saw heavily armed men with automatic weapons and grenades target luxury hotels in the south of the city and the main railway station.
Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Wednesday in a statement "strongly" deplored the attacks in India's financial capital Mumbai that killed nearly 80 people and left over 250 injured. "Today's attacks in Mumbai which have claimed many innocent victims remind us, yet again, of the threat we face from violent extremists," he said and added that India together with Pakistan has now seriously fell victim to global terrorism. "I condemn these attacks strongly. "Our grieves are with the families and friends of those killed and injured. Pakistan and India will continue their joint struggles to counter the actions of terrorists." A series of shootings and blasts across Mumbai late Wednesday left nearly 80 people dead, hospital officials told media. Indian media said that as many as 250 people had been injured in the attacks, which saw heavily armed men with automatic weapons and grenades target luxury hotels in the south of the city and the main railway station.
Pakistan will cooperate fully with India in its efforts to nab those behind the terrorist attacks in Mumbai, the country’s Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said on Thursday. The Foreign Minister said terrorism is a menace threatening humanity, and stressed the need for joining hands in fighting this scourge. The Foreign Minister also expressed deep condolences with the bereaved families.

This is really horrible. I have been to India and seeing the beautiful country which has the worlds largest democracy being attacked in this fashion is just horrible to say the least. I feel India should revive their anti terrorist law which they called "POTA" and also work with America for increasing their intelligence and identification process. Lashker e toiba from Pakistan north west is according to me the central player in these coordinated attacks.

I really loved Fox news focus on our war on terror ally India who has faced these terrorist attacks for over a decade now.

A Country which harbors terrorists like Dawood Ibrahim shouldn't open their mouth. Pakistan is the mecca of terrorism, the Harvard of Islamic fundamentalism and keeps producing martyrs every day

Why is the world so shocked, look at all the terrorism around the world - there is always a Pakistani hand.

US feeds them $$ to fight terror instead their they use it for terror, an unstable goverment with a notorious wing of intelligence and a nuke so loose that it can be fired at any time
