I think you have jumped to false conclusions. The ex Pakistan Ambassador to the UN (or was it Britain?) said pointed out today that the evidence was washed away immediately after the incident, and Scotland Yard did not have access to the body. Indeed that was not in their remit: as I understand it, they were brought in to find the culprits with almost no evidence to go on.
