In a cosy private dining room downstairs at Bar Boulud a few steps from Lincoln Center, a dozen food and wine afficionados including yours truly were treated to a leisurely lunch in the gracious company of Adolfo Folonarin CEO of Ruffino who besides his long family tradition of wine making has a love of opera.
