Nancy Cobbs, 43, has been identified as the fourth body of Anthony Sowell's victims. Three other victims have already been identified as Tonia Carmichael, Telacia Fortson and Tishana Culver.

Nancy Cobbs was reported missing in April but only filed a report with the Cleveland police on Monday.

Anthony Sowell has already served 15 years in prison for two counts of attempted rape, and was arrested last Saturday and ten bodies and one skull have been discovered in his home since. He now faces five counts of aggravated murder, rape, kidnapping and felonious assault.

Last month some neighbors did report seeing a naked woman fall from the second floor of Sowell's home.

Neighbors called 911 after the October 20 incident. Firefighters and paramedics responded, and later notified police. The woman told officers that she was at the home and "partying," when she fell off the roof.

"They were doing coke, drugs, getting high," Cleveland Police Chief Michael McGrath said. A man described as her boyfriend -- Sowell -- told police the same story.

But the firefighters and paramedics never noticed the odor?

Believe it or not, Sowell blamed the smell on a sausage factory located next door to his house, and people believed him.
