Nancy Reagan hospitalized after fall

Former First Lady Nancy Reagan is in the hospital after a fall at her home last night. It's a precautionary measure only no serious injuries have been reported, and she's apparently in fine spirits.

"She is doing well and is visiting with friends in her room," Drake said in a written statement issued Sunday night.

Drake told The Associated Press that Reagan is staying in the same room where former President Ronald Reagan stayed after he broke his hip at home in 2001.

Reagan is the widow of former President Ronald Reagan, whose 1981-1989 administration is revered by the current Republican party. The Reagans were married for 52 years before his death in 2004, which followed a decade-long battle with Alzheimer's disease.
