Nancy Rogers' Body Was Found in a Dumpster in San Leandro and Police Have Confirmed She Was Murdered

Nancy Rogers was a United States Postal worker for 43 years, but on Monday morning she went missing between showing up for work at 1am and around 4:45am.

Police have not released how she died, but they have confirmed that she was murdered after her body underwent an autopsy on Tuesday.

Hillary Rickher who is an U.S. Postal Service inspector says that some people of interest in the case have been identified, but they are not releasing any names or further details at this time.

Rickher said investigators went to the transfer station after discovering that a trash bin had been emptied after Rogers was last seen.
