The notion of a narrative-style government begins with President Obama, of course. Everything is conversational as it is community organizational. Sometimes the executive picks a topic of his choosing from the agenda list, and as often, nature picks one for him. No matter, given a little time to digest the matter and the words begin to flow. They are usually soothing and sometimes said firmly. Though in analysis, substance is often elusive.

Never mind, the narrative style is set in motion. So, let’s go up to the Hill and see what plays there.

There is an article in the Washington Post today describing Nancy Pelosi’s top liberal policy advisor, Wendell Primus and a battle with Rahm Immanuel over the Healthcare legislation. Again, even though the two could not have a conversation in the same room, the narrative managed to be heard from room to room anyway.

“"Rahm was fit to be tied," said Primus, with a hint of pride at his own chutzpah. "He did not like to be called on the carpet."

In the speaker's office, a quiet liberal lion: Wendell E. Primus

By Mary Ann Akers

Washington Post Staff Writer

Wendell E. Primus is one of the few people on Capitol Hill who isn't afraid of Rahm Emanuel. And Primus isn't even a member of Congress.

With his gray hair, reading glasses and expansive lap -- perfect for story time -- Primus, the top policy adviser to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), is as tenacious and cunning under the surface as he is grandfatherly and polite.

As Pelosi's point man during the epic health-care effort, Primus routinely clashed with Emanuel, the White House chief of staff. When Primus orchestrated a meeting at the height of negotiations, to challenge the White House's position on Medicare payments to doctors, "Rahmbo" went quintessentially ballistic.”

Be up when the other guy is down, or both are down, and none are out. Apparently, that’s the thread.

The President could be heard in the background on the speaker phone, "Hey, we're the same party and the same team, are we not?....Hello...they must have hung up...hello?"

All the world I call it Turkey's Middle East that the role be ignored is and the PKK trouble to end in particular the United States and northern Iraq administration to all world countries trying not Afghanistan and Pakistan border between the press supposedly the Taliban, the PKK and the combined efforts of the result is that the pruning for the entire world largest Union to create a terrorist means that one can not pass it to the front. I must not forget that time is an old Turkish Proverb mashaallah "snake's head when he was crushed." This snake grows longer all the world should give unlimited support to Turkey to crush it tomorrow may be too late.
