Circumstances of Disappearance: Barbara left her first floor apartment at approximately 3:00pm on August 3, 1984 in the vicinity of the 4000 block of Old Lincoln Hwy, in Trevose, PA. Close to her residence on August 16, 1984, her nude body was found, bound and gagged. A vehicle had been seen in the area of her body and is described as a white, late 1970 full size car driven by an unknown male. The man is described as white with dark complexion, dark hair, mustache, possibly 20-30 years old and wearing a tan sports shirt. In addition, a dark green 1974 Chevrolet Impala was seen in the area. A suspect had been developed but could not be charged due to insufficient evidence.
