When Tara's collegues realized that something was terribly wrong they launched an email campaign to spread the word. They asked for support and assistance in the way of dissemination of information and prayers for Tara's safe return. The response was wonderful and so very appreciated. If you would like to add your prayer thoughts to the Teachers For Tara effort please do so by clicking HERE.
The support that the educational team has shown is a testament to Tara's value in the Irwin County community. We saw these amazing men and women spend their day in the classroom and their evenings and weekends active in the physical search for Tara. They are truly amazing and we as a community, are so blessed to have them. Please ~ stop ~ and hug a teacher today... they need it and they most certainly deserve it! It is times like these that we must stop and take heart in the beauty of good character that surrounds us every day. Let's remember to value our friends and neighbors in good times as well as in bad. Not just today, when we are drawn together in this tragic event but every day. We don't realize the riches we have that have nothing to do with a bank account ... think about that a bit as you say your prayers tonight.
