Thanks for finding and posting this photo. For your information, it's the National Park Service, not the park services - common mistake made often. Looking around the photo I don't see the World War II Memorial so am wondering what the date is and whoops, the National Museum of the American Indian is missing, too. It should be just to the left of the top of the Capitol dome where that tent is sitting. By their nature, and with rare exception, photos from the National Park Service, are public domain images. If you would, please find the date of the photo and add that to your photo caption. City landscapes change over time and it is always interesting and worth noting the actual photo date so people can compare today's landscape with this one.
