A Libyan government spokesman says a NATO missile strike in the capital Tripoli, has killed the youngest son of Col. Gadhafi, Saif al-Arab Gadhafi. The spokesman said Col. Gadhafi and his wife were at his son's villa during the air strike but were unhurt. Three of Saif's children were reportedly killed in the attack.
