As the journalist who has exposed the U.S. government's covert cell tower microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system, installed everywhere and being used to silently attack, impair and electromagnetically incarcerate extra-legally "targeted" Americans -- many targeted for their politics or their background -- I cannot emphasize enough the significance of the new NBC TV series "The Event." When questioned repeatedly about why he couldn't simply press "ctrl+p" and print said web pages (with the URL automatically displayed at the bottom) to document such events, he had this answer:
You know, I tried the mouse click thing recently -- and discovered that my Apple mouse has been TAMPERED WITH to render those functions totally inoperable. And nearly every time I try to print something, it doesn't come out right, or the function is WHITED OUT.
A mouse has no effect whatsoever on commands like ctrl+p. You think he's making all this up and spreading disinfo to discredit anyone making complaints similar to his? I do. Whatever the motivation, his articles are fraudulent.

NBC's 'THE EVENT' GETS MIL-INTEL PSY OPS AGENT PANTIES IN A BUNCH -- AND TAXPAYERS ARE PAYING DEARLY FOR THEIR OPERATIONAL WEDGIES AND SKID MARKS
Guess what happened when I tried to post a variation of this item as a comment to a Hollywood Reporter website article about "The Event" -- the "comment" button was missing on the obviously spoofed (faked) THR website presented to me over my surveilled, intercepted and maliciously hacked internet connection (thanks, NSA, Lockheed Martin and Verizon...)
I couldn't even make a posting to an obscure TV review site called "BuddyTV.com" -- and when I tried to post a Facebook comment to an NBC-authorized website about the series, the browser suddenly stalled. I reached for the phone to leave word with the surveillance operatives ("from multiple agencies," as I am prone to say) that the unconstitutional, illicit real-time censorship regime again was serially violating my rights).
Suddenly, the item appeared to post. I say "appeared" because, in all likelihood, I was still looking at a spoofed Facebook page, giving government operatives the option to censor or tamper at will.
Moments later, I was hit with a viciously penetrating, painful microwave burst to the right front forehead -- a prevision-targeted attack from the cell tower mounted radio frequency weapon system I have exposed here:

'THE EVENT' IS ABOUT THE SHADOW GOVERNMENT AND DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS
This show is not about space aliens. The prisoners in the Alaska camp represent an allegory.
This show is about America's shadow government, and the technologies it is using to conduct a silent coup d'etat.
I found the pilot compelling and very well done. The time shifts tell the story from the perspective of different characters.
"Rubicon" leaves viewers feeling cheated as well as befuddled, due to its leaden pacing. "The Event" moves, brilliantly.
This looks like a winner with an important message to Washington elitists who can't seem to see the forest for the trees. I believe the spooks call that "entrainment."

MY NOWPUBLIC ARTICLES BEING USED TO CONDUCT PSY OPS AGAINST ME? I'M SHOCKED... SHOCKED!
I can't help but notice the web ad that is now appearing on this page, ostensibly about a college loan program, but featuring a graphic rendering of a traffic ticket issued by "Judge Moody."
Just yesterday, I sent by registered mail my payment of a parking ticket fine from a Jersey shore town (Asbury Park, NJ). The ticket I sent in shared the exact same format as the ticket depicted in the ad.
Will rogue operatives delay the delivery of my remittance, resulting in additional fines and penalties? The post office clerk said delivery should be made by tomorrow (Friday, Sept. 24th).
I am posting this as a prophylactic measure, and to memorialize my good faith effort to make timely payment of the parking fine.
I am also posting this to put on notice any rogue agents that not all insiders are corrupt, color of law violating power abusers. Perhaps I have more faith in the good people in government than y'all.

1. How long have these covert extra-legal targetting programs of Americans been around - 10, 20, 30, 40 years or more?
2. Why have the extrajudicial torture programs gained such momentum in the last 10 to 20 years?
3. Could the increased momentum of the torture programs be because the cell tower microwave weapon system has finally been realized?

I believe the answer is "yes" to #3. My life and career were being sabotaged in years prior to 2004 -- but the torture became palpable in March 2004. This was the year that the torture tower roll-out was nearly complete. Not so coincidentally, a torture tower went up about a half-mile from my house that year. And the microwave radio frequency irradiation, causing near-constant fatigue, often exhaustion, pounding headaches, body aches, electromagnetic sexual assault, altered heartbeat, and induced sleep, punctuated by sharp, piercing, impairing and immobilizing attacks (one of which induced stroke-like symptoms that made my left side numb and impaired my speech and cognitive abilities for a protracted period).
These are crimes against humanity, atrocities on par with what the Nazis did. In some ways, it's even more insidious, because the technology is invisible, the damage done is plausibly deniable, and the science behind it is little known or understood, even by many scientists. Scalar wave electromagnetics is not even taught in physics departments -- but it's well known to military planners and contractors.
A multi-agency and corporate cabal of fascist seditionists thought they'd never be caught doing a genocidal purge of American (make that "global") society. Now they have been caught. And they are desperate. So desperate that they continue to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars PER CAPITA, maybe more than a million, on administering a 24/7 surveillance and torture regimen on unjustly, extra-legally targeted persons such as I. This is insanity -- following the Nazi playbook to a tee.
And not a single law enforcement official has had the courage to speak out against this betrayal of American and human values. Every official who is aware and who does nothing to stop these high state crimes should be ashamed -- and charged as co-conspirators.

ROGUE BUREAUCRACY'S CENSORSHIP REGIME INTERFERES WITH JOURNO'S ABILITY TO PLAY, EDIT VIDEO, LISTEN TO MUSIC
The defense "information systems" contractors who intercept, tamper with, and censor my telecommunications under the supervision of the multi-agency fusion center network and its partner agencies (NSA, CIA, military, FBI, state and local police, etc.) interfere with my ability to view and edit video and listen to music -- so much so that I have been blocked from editing video, an activity that was key to my career as an independent TV producer.
Example: today I tried to watch an episode of the TV series "The Event" on my computer. I receive a message that Adobe Flash is not present -- when I have repeatedly downloaded that application. It appears that most programs I download are re-directed to a network server, and are not actually on my hard drive -- or, if the programs are present, my ability to use them is over-ridden by my remote-control real-time censors.
I want to upload pictures of the vandalism I have discovered done to our year-old dishwasher -- but I cannot upload any photos to these NowPublic pages, because the fusion center Gestapo and its rogue contractors won't let me.
These are Gestapo tactics, and fusion center officials let it happen.
I will try again after posting this. If the color of law violating, government supervised operatives relent, I will report that fact here. And if they again interfere with my constitutional right to use my computer to its fullest, I will report that, too.

Like the inept disinfo agent that he is, "batvette" attributes statements to be that I never made. I never said the power company continually interrupts my power. Until I wrote about it a week or two ago, the voltage coming into our home was chronically reduced from the 120 volt norm to about 113 volts, causing the lights to dim and flicker and causing appliance motors to run slow, which can burn up or reduce the life of electric motors. It's called "gaslighting." And yes, the fusion center appears to control and manipulate my power, my climate control, right down to the ability to turn power off and on at will as a form of episodic harassment and intentional infliction of duress.
The interference with my computing stems from interception of my internet connection and, apparently, wireless manipulation of my computer via NSA Tempest technology controlled by government "information systems" defense contractors. Edit functions, CD/DVD burn functions, are chronically "whited out" when I try to perform those tasks.
At least two of my computers have been maliciously rendered inoperable. I believe the microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system was used to fry key components.
Yes, operatives have gone to great lengths to make it difficult for me to communicate and practice my craft. As I said, I am not flattered by the attention.

My theory is that the script writers are using the Alaska prison as a metaphor for the electromagnetic directed energy weapon virtual Auschwitz. I doubt very much that the series will mention cell towers as the locus of the nationwide "son of HAARP" grid. To my knowledge, I am the only journalist who has exposed the existence of a cell tower- based directed energy weapon system being used against American citizens by their government (U.S. patent no. 7629918 and related patents). I do think the series will make allusions to the main HAARP installation, but not by name -- that's my guess.
NOTE: I originally wrote, "but not by name." When I accessed this page this morning, the phase was changed to "but not my name." I believe this was another cheap psy ops malicious alteration of internet content -- to make it appear that I was saying something quite different.
This malicious alteration of internet content raises profound questions. Just how extensively are these government operatives changing and altering the content of OTHER internet sites, or denying certain individuals certain articles or other content contained within media sites -- acting as the fascist gatekeepers of the new media?
These "information systems" contractors are committing serious color of law violations that rise to the felony level. They should be arrested, charged and convicted -- as should their government overseers.

So why does he lash out and attack another TI who honestly portrayed his position? Obviously because he wants anyone reading to believe he is a DISHONEST, ranting, raving, angry and abrasive lunatic so they won't feel a bit of sorrow or care about his plight.

I'm pointing out Vic has been accusing virtually every bureau, agency and department possible of involvement here and he has zero evidence to base this on.
