After waiting for long time finally Nepal has got its first Prime Minister under new constituion. Maoists leader Pushpa Kamal Dahal "Prachanda" has been sworn in as the first Prime Minister of himlayan kingdom today after the end of monarchy. However the ruling parties have not agreed on the allocation of key portfolio.

The leader of Nepal's Maoists, Prachanda, was sworn in as prime minister of the world's youngest republic on Monday.

The former rebel chief was on Friday overwhelmingly voted in as Nepal's new premier by lawmakers in the country's constitutional assembly, which had abolished the unpopular monarchy in May.
