New bus line opening - ceremony preparations

There's been a community bus line (the "Sakura Bus") on the west side of Minami Senju station - running to the Arakawa Ward office and Machiya station - for several years. Now, the line has been extended to the east side of the station and a new set of buses added. An inauguration ceremony was held at the end of October, with service starting Nov.1.
