New humanist website for kids, plus new atheist book

KidsWithoutGod.com is a new website launched by the American Humanist Association. It is an outreach to younger children and teens when it comes to humanist issues. We all know that small children hear constant pro-Christian rhetoric throughout their young lives. Indeed, in some parts of the nation, school officials illegally and unconstitutionally push and advocate their own religious beliefs. This website has links to Mr. Deity, pro-humanist rock songs and scientific links. Mr. Deity is a series of short videos and is extremely funny and is a great spoof on the Christian religion.

Oh by the way, I contributed through the website Kickstarter, money to help publish the atheist/photography book, A Better Life: 100 Atheists Speak Out on Joy and Meaning in a World Without God, by the author/photographer Chris Johnson. It features photos and statements by famous atheists/humanists such as Dr. Richard Dawkins and Michael Shermer. It's message is happiness in life without supernatural beings. I believe I am supposed to get a copy of the book through e-mail, I believe, when it is finished. So, check out the book when it's published.
