Do you have an interest in human rights, social justice, urban, arts or Canadian sovereignty related issues?

We are providing new journalists with writing experience.

We also also interested in aspiring journalists who humouristically write about areas of politics/political corruption in a fun, entertaining and informative way.

Apply to become a Volunteer Editor or Writer in the diverse sections of our national not-for-profit newspaper.

The Canadian is a socially progressive and not-for-profit national newspaper, with an international readership.

Aspiring journalists who complete our 12 week programme, are eligible to received a certificate of programme completion from The Canadian, and a letter of reference toward applications of jobs in various other media organizations.
