New Labour Party conference - pushing blame onto a Nation?

With the growing unrest, anger, disrespect and intolerance through zero-tolerance within the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />UK Mr Brown at the Labour Party conference talked of "mums and dads... who let their kids run riot" and "Wherever there is disruptive behaviour, we will be there to fight it"!.  

As is usually the case the Government focuses on “symptoms for treatment” in Political Vote scoring while not acknowledging that it as a policy instrument be the root cause as to such symptoms. Where there was once “common sense” as taught in Schools, by the Police and passed down from family, elders and neighbors the Government took it upon itself to translate “common sense” into legal enforceable legislation. The imbalance that followed served to dis-empower (undermine) those teaching the next generation as to “rights and wrongs” which now denies parents from being parents; teachers from being teachers while all including authority be shown little respect. This not being wholesome as to a Nation though. Into the equation one must also include the Governments disrespect/abuse of their peers (adults/parents) which quickly educates children how some in authority like to abuse their powers!.

Even ordinary people aiding ordinary people now “risk” legal litigation in a Country of Blame yet should a child be confronted and threaten to call the Police everyone must stand back or face easy prosecution!. Given an adult/child incident its far easier for the Police to take action against an adult than the child to close incident files and especially given Mr Brown’s “targets” measurable in other areas of Policing that need to be met else to follow-up on the child allegation would involve many other Agencies in consuming trees of paper, time and resources!. Could it be said that if a Government Ministers child member be accosted by an adult investigations would commence at Government level whereas to Ordinary people they must accept “short-change” in “value for money” by entering onto a Police allegations database in being pressured to “stand-back” from a child allegation.  

Some two years ago Fiona Pilkington committed suicide taking her daughters life with her in setting alight her car after failed cries for Help from a System that didn’t care. She had complained to the Police no fewer than 33 times and at her inquest the Police FOUGHT through their Lawyer to “impose reporting restrictions”. The chair that Mr Brown occupies has been paid for many times over by taxpayers yet Listening New Labour never learns that “spin” be no substitute for reality but how is Mr Brown to explain that taxpayers money be used to fund Police Lawyers in denying the Public the Truth as to matters like in Fiona Pilkington’s case? – much akin to the Government using taxpayers money on Lawyer fees to protect their “expense claims” from becoming public knowledge!.

Britain has the worst record than other European country on anti-social behaviour with a Home Office's Respect website putting a price tag of £3.4 billion on it. Zero-Tolerance is about not listening but what are the Government now to do as a Nation taught Zero-Tolerance applies the same tactics against it?.

Question: How full is the Police allegations Database awaiting a reading in a Court of Law which has no substance yet victimise a persons as to their character?.

13 02 2007 Mother reports six youths, aged 10 to 14, screaming outside house. No officer available

11 03 2007 Mother reports eight youths, aged 11 to 16, outside house damaging a sign.

06 04 2007 Son hit by stone throwing Children. Officer attends and speaks to youths, who deny stone throwing. Council writes ASBO’s letters to parents of the children

02 06 2007 Mother reports children smoking in her drive. Officer attends next day. She and mother agree she is “over-reacting”

03 06 2007 Mother reports a neighbour accusing her of hitting a child - She appeals for a visit. No one attends.

25 09 2007 Grandmother reports a window broken, the third to be smashed. No one attends until following day.

26 09 2007 Grandmother reports children throwing stones at house. Officer attends.

28 09 2007 Mother reports fifth window smashed. Officer attends. Youth’s father “spoken to”

04 10 2007 Grandmother reports a youth cycling past throwing stones at window. E-mail sent to beat officer. No one attends

23 10 2007 Fiona Pilkington, 38 kills herself and daughter in a burning car.

Fiona Pilkington committed suicide on the 23 10 2007 by setting alight her car while taking her daughters life too in despair through torment at the hands of a Political System that cares little as to ordinary people. She had complained to the Police no fewer than 33 times and neither they nor other agencies provided any constructive help towards this vulnerable family.

The coroner fought police attempts to impose reporting restrictions on the inquest despite a police lawyer's protest.

(1)     THREE YEARS AGO: Peter Nurse (South Cheshire Police Chairman) attends a Local community meeting on my former housing estate in respect of Anti-Social Behaviour and lack of Police resources/responses – Police and Council members being in attendance. A Lady Council Official talked of ASBO’s being a success while an angry Public “ripped” into the Police whom in response unfolded a prepared fanfold document of phone numbers to call in an emergency!. Shortly after Mr Nurse addressed the audience the meeting was brought to a premature end as YOUTHS OUTSIDE began to creating an Anti-Social disturbance!.

(2)     In efforts to sell my house after years and occupied by a former Police woman (my ex-girlfriend) I needed evidence of a “no for sale sign” at the property. From a distant Church one day I took some photographs but while driving the route home her son ran out of the house smashing the mirror on my vehicle. Although reporting the incident immediately I was later threatened by a Police Officer that if I didn’t sign his notebook to withdraw the allegation her son would be bringing a litigation case against myself and would win!. This being the Same Police Force headed by Mr Peter Nurse as in (1) above whom was provided personally with evidence, in front of an Audience filled meeting hall, as to Police Corruption!. Unknown to myself the Police womans Son was found to be employed by my own Solicitor – a Solicitor whom lied to myself and a Judge. The same negligent Solicitor whom I “sacked” yet threatened that “its either me or no-one else to represent you!”. He was RIGHT nobody else would represent me in Cheshire BUT he didn’t think that I’d be employing another Solicitor in another Police/Legal Area of the UK!. His case file served to demonstrate to others the depth of his Professional Negligence/incompetence as a Legal representative while also serving to highlight a “connection” between some bend coppers and some bend Solicitors as bounded by Geographic areas of the UK!. Would that explain why the UK’s Police Forces refuse to Merge?. In allowing areas having differing Standards to exist the costs to taxpayers through failure must be tremendous and the ONLY WAY that New Labour could address such mis-alignment was to create “central vetting registers” as a compromise while forcing an entire Nation to pay a further price through Gov failure!.
