New Support for China

CNN carried an interesting article on Mr. Musharraf's support for China blasting the west for all the fuss created on Tibet's human rights issue etc.

I found this article more interesting because, Mr. Musharraf made a comment wherein he considers TIBET as an inalienable part of China and he condems anyone harboring or abetting the separatist.

Well obviously Mr. Musharraf didn't realize that his own government and intelligence agencies are funding, abetting and harboring Kashmir Separatist in India. Before, taking a swing at the west, it would have been worthwhile for the esteemed president of Pakistan to check his own country's human rights record on the so called "HONOR KILLINGS in tribal areas", Terrorism, Corruption, Human rights abuse, Power greedy strategies......... and the list goes on.

But then if you put the puzzles together, Musharraf had to make this statement to appease his chinese counterpart, otherwise Pakistan will loose out on the economic, technological assistance from CHina and with its neighbour (INDIA) growing in leaps & bounds and the West loosing interest in Pakistan, Musharraf had to rest his head on some issue and steal the limelight.
