Yesterday, the first worldwide protests against surveillance measures such as the collection of all telecommunications data, the surveillance of air travelers and the biometric registration of citizens were held under the motto "Freedom not Fear - Stop the surveillance mania!". In at least 15 countries[1] citizens demanded a cutback on surveillance, a moratorium on new surveillance powers and an independent evaluation of existing surveillance powers. This writer knows all about surveillance.  Her computer is outfitted with remote access through a company called NOS Microsystems, Ltd., in order that every word typed can be monitored and her web browsing controlled.  The control lessened somewhat when she began recording incidents of tag lines changing on articles, data disappearing, and released the two YouTube videos below, entitled "Cochran Firm Fraud 1 and 2."  The NOS Microsystems, Ltd. program will not delete by clicking “remove” on the add/delete programs menu, as it is not a Microsoft program.  NOS Microsystems, Ltd. ignores the writer’s repeated requests for the removal code – unless that firm’s email sending her the code was itself removed before reaching the writer, as has happened with her electronic mail in the past.

Hitler Started His Rein of Terror by Arresting and Killing the Mentally Ill.  Why?  Because imperialistic regimes always start with attacks against the least of these, His brethren.  The strongest are saved for last.

It would have been futile for the families of the Nazis' mentally ill victims to file complaints with authorities or lawsuits as Hitler’s trains left the stations with their dysfunctional family members.  Just like Larry Neal’s family, they would have received no help from authorities.  For five years, Larry's family has been denied any investigation regarding his secret arrest and wrongful death.  The government-controlled, corporate-owned mainstream media pretends this never happened.  Judge Shoob, of Georgia Superior Court, ruled that no Atlanta office of The Johnnie Cochran Firm even existed to stand against my family’s allegations of fraud for having used its position as our wrongful death attorneys to protect our defendant, Shelby County Jail.  Her dismissal of the case again kept Larry’s death from being investigated.

This writer shares her videos for posting widely to help resolve the Secret Incarceration and Wrongful Death of a Mentally Ill Citizen.  The videos were created in response to much harassment directed against Mary Neal, including an evening of terror wherein she was chased by several vehicles into a neighborhood Chevron Station, called 911, and got no response.  One could almost believe that some people never heard of the law of substitution or did not read the full list of more than 100 close relatives Larry Neal had, with no cousins included.

She believes the fact that civil rights groups and organizations have ignored Larry’s family for five years while they begged for help should serve as a wake-up call for Americans.  Perhaps those civil liberties groups have already surrendered to the end of individual rights in America, even the right to life. 

The writer warns, “No Human Being Should Ever be Held Under Secret Arrest and Die in Government Custody Absent an Investigation and Accountability.  If This Can Happen to Larry Neal, Maybe Someone You Love or YOU CAN BE NEXT.”

Nazi Germany started deleting citizens' rights by first imprisoning and murdering the mentally ill. Larry's circumstances remind this writer of a famous poem by author unknown. Actually, the poem is wrong on one point, because FIRST, THEY CAME FOR THE MENTALLY ILL AND OTHER HANDICAPPED PERSONS.

The version inscribed at the New England Holocaust Memorial in Boston, Massachusetts reads:

They came first for the Communists,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Communist.

Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a Jew.

Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn't speak up because I wasn't a trade unionist.

Then they came for the Catholics,
and I didn't speak up because I was a Protestant.

Then they came for me,
and by that time no one was left to speak up.

The writer hopes that Americans will speak up for Larry Neal and his family's right to know what happened to this mentally ill heart patient who died under Secret Arrest in Government Custody. If not, we forfeit democracy.

She asked hundreds of her online group members today, “What is it?  Are you all afraid?  Or is our ordeal not news because everyone other than Larry’s family already knew that DEMOCRACY IS DEAD IN AMERICA?”

This writer offers her contact information below with a request that someone representing the United States Government please contact her tomorrow and assure her that the words to the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America (which she was instructed to say every morning as a student and which her grandson now says at the beginning of each school day) do indeed apply to African Americans, to handicapped citizens like Larry Neal, and to her family, although they lack riches and fame like The Cochran Firm.

If there is some exclusion for Larry Neal, Mary Neal, or the Neal family in the inclusive term, “all,” which ends the Pledge, please state that exclusion and the reason for it.  As it is, this writer and her family expect to be included in the phrase and given full benefits of “liberty and justice for ALL.”  Inclusion in the category of all citizens who expect their inalienable rights to be protected necessarily means that WE HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO EXPECT SOME ACCOUNTABILITY AND INVESTIGATION FOR LARRY NEAL’S DEATH IN GOVERNMENT CUSTODY.  We have the right of due process to recover damages from a law firm that violated its contract with us.  Our seeking these rights should not qualify Mary Neal or any of Larry’s family for monitoring and censorship or being chased by anyone.  Neither should asking for accountability in the death of a loved one exempt family members from emergency 911 services.  Such acts should be investigated and prosecuted, not ignored by authroities.
