NEW WORLD ORDER RADIO WEAPON MIND ATTACK ZAPS HAGEL SEC-DEF BID?

*  Or was his warning to President Obama about New World Order domination of the Pentagon and the military-intelligence establishment enough to ensure overwhelming opposition to his nomination as the next defense secretary?

Why is President Obama's nomination of Republican Sen. Chuck Hagel of Nebraska being held up, with the White House unable to overcome a Senate filibuster threat by GOP leaders who long have considered the maverick Nebraskan a "RINO" -- a Republican in name only? While the White House ultimately may be able to muster up the required 60 votes to allow the nomination to succeed, it was unable to achieve that vote tally this week, and now will have to wait until the Senate returns from a week-long recess. 

Pundits point to Hagel's poor showing in his confirmation hearing before a Senate subcommitee -- detached, distracted and oddly unfamiliar with Obama administration defense and foreign relations policies upon which he had voted many times.  This reporter remarked that Hagel appeared to be under the induced spell of an electromagnetic weapon mind control attack, akin to the "Obama debate trance" of the first presidential debate last October.

But there's another factor at work here --  the revelation earlier this month by The Washington Post's Bob Woodward of Sen. Hagel's warning to President Obama early in his first term that a "new world order" has taken hold of the reins of power in the Pentagon and elsewhere in the military-intelligence establishment --  and that the President must "question everything" he's told, or advised to do.
