Niger! MNJ shot down Government New assault Helicopter!
Source: http://m-n-j.blogspot.com/
The MNJ (Movement of Niger for Justice) has just anounced that it has succesfully shot down a new assault helicopter from the Niger Government both to deffete the MNJ in the North of country. Niger has invested over 20 Billion FCFA into new Military equipment, mainly both from the USA in order to defeat the Tuaregs Resistance in the Uranium rich North of the country! The MNJ leader Asharif Mohamed-alMoctar (Vice President of the MNJ) states that Niger's Southern Government may have to learn the basics of combat before being able to defeat the Tuaregs MNJ." All we want is Justice" he says," and equal Rights for all People living in Niger!"
The MNJ is not ready to surrender nor to give up and with this latest victory over High Tech Military Equipment with little more then some anti tank rockets, why would they either!
The Crew of the Assault Helicopter being half Foreign Mercenary Used by the South Niger Government and half Niger Soldiers from the South Tribes have all been Killed instantly!
It would be nice though if this conflict would end and a peaceful solution be fund to bring Justice to all in Niger, since most of the Victims so far have been the Civilian population in the North, mainly Children and Teens age Children! However Niger's Government Hunger for supreme Power and its greed for Uranium Money may not allow for any peace any time soon, unless the UNO, would intervene and the USA, Canada, France and China would stop to buy Uranium and stop to supply more Weapons, maybe then, the People in Niger will finally have a chance for Peace and Justice after all!
I do invite you to read the Article "The end of the Tuaregs.." at:http://www.nowpublic.com/world/end-tuaregs-niger-chad-mali-and-cameroon-algeria-and-libya

Thank you Jordan and Barry Artiste for the Mark, I do appreciate it very much, especially on this topic!
Niger is faced with a drouwt now as well as a pottencial famine, affecting especially the North, Further combats seem to intenciffy and Merceneres have been highered by the Goverment in the south to fight the Tuareg, does do not understand the implications nor the issues and just kill every one. The Army of the Government is more and more reluctant to fight the Tuaregs why the Government has started to bring in Mercenaries!
