Some 500 people have been reportedly killed in different parts of Northern Nigeria following the presidential elections in which Goodluck Jonathan, a southern Christian defeated Muhammadu Buhari, a Muslim from the Muslim dorminated North. In the northern town of Zonkwa in Kaduna alone, some 300 souls were lost said the Civil Right Congress. And some more unrest are expected as the country conducts governorship elections in its 36 states, on Tuesday.
