Nine

I've been tagged. Here are 9 goals, 9 New Years Resolutions, or 9 things I hold close to my heart.

I recently reread the quote that goes something like "yesterday was the past, tomorrow is the future, but today is the present, so treat it like one". I always thought it was kind of corny and obvious, but it struck me this time. I need to start treating each day as a present, I think. I will try for 2009.

I am not one for New Years resolutions.

I am so thankful for the relative utopia that is my city, my country, my life.

It is time to let go of the old and try to accept and embrace all the new things and changes in my life.

I celebrate standing knee deep in snow in December in time for a white Christmas in Vancouver of all places!
