According to the Constitution Party website, Governor Jay Nixon [Democrat-Missouri] has classified Ron Paul [Republican Candidate for President of the USA], Chuck Baldwin [Constitution Party Candidate for US President], and Bob Barr [Libertarian Party Candidate for US President].

The classification comes in the wake of a release of a report titled "The Modern Militia Movement" by MIAC [Missouri Information Analysis Center] with the approval of Mr. Nixon and the Missouri State Police.

The report classifies third parties as "dangerous" and "threat" to law enforcement and gives the police the right to stop cars with politically oriented bumper stickers.

The following have been considered a threat to the state of Missouri which is opposition to the following: gun control, abortion, illegal immigration, IRS, UN, North American Union, and Mandatory Universal Service Programs.

The Constitution Party has laucnhed a boycott on tourism to the State of Missouri until the matter clears up or until "the Governor has retracted the MIAC Report.

I am a Libertarian who believes that people have a right to their opinion as long as there is respect. The idea of supressing a person or a political party because their opinion is not in agreement with others or even a majority is wrong regardless of who initiates the oppression.

I condemn this latest injustice in the same way Bush and his party was condemned. The only thing that will occur is the worsening of an already polarized society such as it exists in America since the 11th of September 2001.

In other words, oppression is oppression is oppression.

That is a move towards Fascism and far away from democratic principle and even further away from freedom of expression.

Understand that those in power know well where they fail and where they will continue to fail and don't want anyone interfering with their plans that come out of their allegiance to groups and not to the principles of our democratic republic.

They cannot change their minds. They have to hit rock bottom, their energies of illusion dissipated.

Why? Because once their minds' paradigms have been overthrown,  there appears the need to do a new inventory of the mind.  The whole experience of crash-and-burn is akin to someone losing faith in God or an ex-commie losing faith in his Marxism.

A depression results. Anomie results. A loss of sense of the meaning of life results.

So let's say that we are well on the road to being set up for a real, sometimes violent, confrontation in the very near future.
