no justice, no peace

Israel continues to display it’s disregard for non-isreali lives and allows it’s military to wantonly target civilians. The U.N. said Israeli forces attacked a U.N. school killing 3 civilians there, where hundreds of people from a Gaza City refugee camp sought shelter from the 11 day offensive.

“There’s nowhere safe in Gaza” said John Ging, the top U.N. official in Gaza. More that 500 Palestinians have been killed including policemen, government officials and about 100 civilians, including women and children. 9 Israeli soldiers have died since the operation began.

Israeli military air strikes and artillery attacks on the Gaza Strip during the last few days have killed over 100 Palestinians, including dozens of children and other civilian bystanders. Three Israelis – a civilian killed by a rocket fired by a Palestinian armed group on 27 February and two soldiers – were also killed.

Ging appealed to political leaders everywhere telling everyone to “get their act together and stop this. They are responsible to thse deaths.” His appeal, as before, fell on deaf ears.

The U.N. officials said they provided their location to Israeli military commanders so they won’t be targeted but, as in the past, Israeli forces did not put this into account.

On tuesday, 18 Palestinians where killed in shelling from tanks and naval crafts, 2 were confirmed to be militants.

Most Palestinians in Gaza are refugees even since the country of Israel was created in 1948 and their land was taken.

How can there be peace on earth, when there is no justice? If we act like terrorist, aren't we terrorist?
