No more Bachchans for Toronto IIFA awards-Last man standing Down

You won't see any of the Bachchan's in Toronto ( Aishwarya Abhishek Jaya or Amitabh) as Amitabh (Big B) Bachchan parted ways with IIFA.

Ontario,Canada Premier Dalton Mcguinty has been cashing major PR with the Bachchans but that came to a screeching halt today with Bachchans separating from Toronto IIFA.That means that the fate of Toronto will be probably like Srilanka or Dubai when no super stars of the time showed up.

The rumour has it that apparently some Bollywood actors of yesteryear are going to visit Toronto in the near future and will be pegged as stars to save face by IIFA organizers.

Its interesting that some local Desi radio stations in Toronto have been hired to get general public to the venue of the press conference, another desperate attempt by the organizers to show that people actually care about this suffering award show.

IIFa now certainly has been doomed since Sri Lanka was a flop as well, put together haphazardly after Korea pulled out from the 2010 original announcement of holding it there.

Amitabh Bachchan had been the brand ambassdor of IIFA for over a decade but this year we will not see him and the family.The only people who actually carried some weight and attended the past awards.Most of the IIFA awards have been missed by the rest of the film industry in India in the recent past.

One of his fan recenetly asked Mr. Amitabh Bachchan on the micro blogging site tweeting “Dear Mr. Bachchan, the Indian community in Toronto is looking forward to welcome you here. See you at IIFA!”. To which Big B tweeted back “Not coming to Toronto IIFA .. IIFA says my services are not required."

Last year too the Bachchans gave IIFA a miss. Further many more have reacted to this statement of Mr. Bachchan saying “WAT? u not at IIFA?? wats iifa without u???where can i contact those IDIOTS(iifa organisers) please”.

IIFA is a sham they only give awards to people who come and recently no one of mention is coming.This thing has no credibility. Aamir Khan rules he says it right.These awards are a scam.

IIFA is not an award show, what kind of a award show gets boycotted like they do. they pay people to come and whoever comes they give an award to.Bollywood oscars my a**.Have heard of people or stars boycotting Oscars?
Before it use to be only the bachchans that came themselves and brought stars. Now they is no one coming.I can guarantee you.
It going to be the same kind of awards that happened in Rogers centre in 98 when no stars showed up after people came and they brought the has been actors.
the only consolation ticket buyers got was to throw chairs at the stage and the show was put to a halt.

There is no Charm Without Bachchan Family, and yet not conform which actress are coming to Toronto. and why Ontario Government are paying million to IIFA which are Taxpayers money and on top of it, Public still have to Pay for Tickets,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,LOL Its Time for Ontarian to React on it and Ontario,Canada Premier Dalton Mcguinty has to give an answer for this scame
