North Korea Nuclear Talks Collapse
A day after the United States took North Korea off their 'watch list', the US admitted talks to reach an agreement on figuring out if the country was lying about their Atomic programs.
North Korean nuclear disarmament talks collapsed here on Thursday after failing to reach agreement on how to determine if the secretive nation had told the truth about its atomic programmes.
Chief US envoy Christopher Hill departed Beijing after four days of talks blaming the communist regime for refusing to agree on a protocol to verify a historic declaration it made in June this year about its nuclear activities.

Wow.. I never thought I would see North Korea removed from the "black list" I do not believe that this "agreement" is sufficient to take this country off of the "list"... George Bush, Jr., what are you doing?
