Here we go again:

"The [plutonium] reprocessing factory appears to have been restored to its earlier conditions, a high-level South Korean defense official told the Yonhap News Agency. Satellite images of the factory showed a regular stream of workers moving to and from the facility.

"Activities involving people and vehicles have been consistent for months," said the official. "I wouldn't be surprised if North Korea has started to reprocess spent fuel rods."

A second official said: "Evidence points to the North having put Yongbyon back to work" (Kyodo News I/Breitbart.com, Nov. 2).

I think bad relations are because Ban-Ki-Moon is the President of the UN.. He is from S. Korea...which makes him pro-American. I don't know why they picked him as the UN President..but certainly he has polarized the world in concern to this nuclear stand-off.. I like him for his stopping of Global Warming....but his neutrality as President is not real. Other countries sense this along with countries such as China...and Iran, and Russia, in concern to Afghanistan, and the turmoil still on going in Iraq... He is counter-productive giving the wrong impression...in forging for peace....Instead this guy supports the Military Industrial Complex and favors war. ...and murder...No wonder the UN is targeted.. I suggest to save UN worker lives they must give us more of a neutral President in the UN....to at least give the perception people are working for real peace.....not caving into the US Cultural Imperical Military Complex..
