The Norwegian ministry of justice have just spent approx. 26 mill Norwegian Kroner on the new website which were meant for easier connection to the police, and also to be able to press charges over net.

26 mill Norwegian Kroner, with the current currency is worth approx. 4.28 million US Dollar. The webpage is now under heavy criticism for the low security quality, and has been, by several "experts" called.
