As the motorcade carrying US Vice President Joe Biden, white house personnel, secret service agents and former Olympic champions headed for the Sunday hockey game and following figure skating competition, a small three car collision interrupted the afternoon events for the party...

After a Sunday morning crash in Vancouver, BC, U.S. Vice President Joe Biden may want to begin considering hiring himself some new drivers.  During a visit to the Canadian city to watch the 2010 Winter Games, his motorcade was involved in a minor pile up on an undisclosed Vancouver street

Originally, this article was born from recent reports of the minor injuries inflicted to two former Olympians while they were riding in Biden's Sunday motorcade party.  After taking a moment to research the topic of Vice President Biden and his motorcade, I was rather surprised when most of the reports found about Biden and his Motorcade were from other cities and about other incidents involving Biden's motorcade.

An article written by NowPublic's own Yuliya Talmazan entitled, Joe Biden's Motorcade Involved In a Traffic Accident in NYC, relays incidents from just last November alone, involving the notoriously growing motorcade.

Thankfully, the two former Olympians injured in the Sunday crash are doing fine and throughout the numerous crashes Biden's motorcade has endured lately, he as well, is alive and well.  Sadly, for the pedestrian in Maryland and the New Mexico Sheriff's Deputy, that were both killed in accidents involving Biden's motorcade last November, their story and lives ended so much different.

What every happened to the good old rule of 'three strikes your out'?  This may be a thought to consider before any more needless deaths occur...

Thank you Karl, I hate to admit I was rather excited, in a grim sort of way, when I found Yuliya's article after writing my Examiner piece this morning!
