There are concerns tonight raised over notorious landlords in rural Illinois whom may profit greatly over congressional packages recently signed for the levy that broke.  Many may face Katrina style scams that were covered up or suppressed by Louisiana State Courts.

Baton Rouge Court records recently obtained indicated that a notorious landlord signed a certification that he rebuilt a duplex that was damaged by hurricane Katrina - but infact ripped out the sheetrock and the buildings face replaced the face and sheetrock leaving the studs. Within the last six months, two types of mold were found, believed to be caused by the studs themselves, which were super saturated by the nearby swamps, rain and seawater making a elderly couple sick. The case is in the same courts as the KATY case. Though they are different circumstances, this raises a new issue of accountability for notorious landlords because the landlord greatly pocketed $266,000.00 on the rebuild. The landlord received $785,000.00 from the government to rebuild. The case will be watched by HU established in Louisiana.
