Now They've Weaponized Digital TV -- Or So It Seems

•  Ear-splitting frequencies inserted into audio channels of unjustly targeted U.S. journalist's HDTV set

•  Domestic torture variation of "sonic scream" psy ops (psychological operations) U.S. Army weapon used in Iraq?

GET POLITICAL w/ VIC LIVINGSTON

Tonight the government-overseen multi-agency program that has unjustly targeted, stalked, harassed and physically assaulted me for more than five years apparently turned my digital high definition television set into an instrument of torture...

... evidence that the U.S. government has weaponized the telecommunications system.

They did not just maliciously interrupt picture or sound, or freeze or degrade the picture.

This time, they appear to have digitally inserted into my digital set's audio output piercing and painfully loud frequencies that sounded like the bats in the trees at dusk.

This sonic torture also caused a family dog to bark and cry.

These bastards even torture puppies, not just their fellow American citizens.

At first, I thought the sounds were coming from outside.  The piercing tones seemed to envelop me, in stereo, getting progressively louder, sounding true to real life.

Then, when it got so loud as to overpower the sound on the TV (Senator Kennedy's funeral), I raised the volume on the TV -- and the tortuous sounds got louder, even as the volume of the programming appeared to remain at the same level.

Then I turned the volume down on the TV, and the screeching bat sounds diminished.  When I turned the volume down all the way, the bat-like sounds stopped entirely, an indication that the sounds were emanating from the TV set's audio and were not coming from outside.

Most people don't realize it, but digital TV is "addressable" -- channels can be turned off and on by a third party with the right equipment. Digital signals also can be more easily augmented and manipulated than traditional analog, non-digital technology -- and these maliciously altered signals apparently can be inserted into an individually targeted digital TV data stream -- just as "spoofed" or faked pages can be inserted into an internet user's data stream to maliciously intercept or alter content.

I have read about sonic laser and microwave "directed energy" weapons being deployed in Iraq to confuse and agitate the "enemy."

http://www.defense-aerospace.com/article-view/feature/35072/pentagon-deploys-secret-sonic-weapon-in-iraq.html

It appears that law-abiding, unjustly targeted American citizens are considered the enemy by the "multi-agency coordinated action program" that apparently is responsible for a covert campaign of domestic torture -- what appears to be an ideologically motivated "slow-kill" genocide of persons deemed by extrajudicial autocrats to be "dissidents," troublemakers, or social deviates.

Tonight's digital TV-delivered torture happened a day after I was violently assaulted (on Aug. 28) at the Hamilton, N.J., New Jersey Transit/Amtrak station by what I believe was a microwave radiation directed energy attack to my head, which left me dizzy, my head pounding, and my left side weak and numb, from my arm down to my left leg.  Whether the apparent microwave attack was generated by a hand-held or portable microwave or laser directed energy device, or via a terrestrial or satellite telecommunications directed energy weapons system using GPS-like targeting technology, I do not know.  I do know that it was the same kind of violent high-tech assault that five years ago degraded my speech and my cognitive abilities for a period of about four years.  (My cognitive skills slowly returned after several pleas for help in personal visits to the Philadelphia field office of the FBI.)

http://nowpublic.com/world/gestapo-usa-govt-funded-vigilante-network-terrorizes-america

http://nowpublic.com/world/domestic-torture-radiation-weaponry-americas-horrific-shame

Fortunately, this time the numbness on my left side has abated, although I have continued to feel weak in the 24-hour period since this evil war crime was perpetrated upon me.

It is not an overstatement to say that this program is trying to neutralize me -- or "slow-kill" me, to employ the term used by U.S. military and intelligence forces.  And it seems apparent that only agents or operatives with access to government power and technology could possess the technical expertise and the capability to brazenly carry out such atrocities with apparent impunity.

I await the day that good people on the inside who respect the Constitution will restore the rule of law in America.  I have been waiting for that day for more than FIVE years.

The U.S. government has weaponized the telecommunications system, apparently using the new digital TV specs as a mechanism to deliver high-tech harassment and torture and that's not news?

And, as my other stories indicate, sonic torture is mild compared to what else they appear to be delivering via telecommunications.

Mike, if the wrench is really from you and isn't another "spoofed page" inserted by those who'd like to censor the truth about the weaponization of the telecommunications system, maybe I should go venue shopping.

While this story seems plausible to me, the last fifteen years of my  life have conditioned me to accept things that (almost certainly) on  any other path of life that I may have traversed, I would not have  accepted .....   Nonetheless, I must admit I chuckled a little bit  (sorry) as I read the  story.  Our world has become, for lack of a  better word, ridiculous.

Chuckled?  I didn't even mention the possibility that subliminal messaging could be delivered via embedded digital broadcast signals -- or that frequencies that disturb and alter neurological and physiological processes could be embedded in broadcast signals  -- to "pacify" a targeted population, or perhaps to harm them.

Get your chuckles where you will, but this technology is real, it is being deployed, and it is being used to harass and torture American citizens.

Have a happy day.

Chuckle? More like guffaws. More proof that watching too much TV spreads idiocy.

"But this technology is real ... it is being deployed" ...  often using  "taken-for-granted" technologies that are (in the view of the  average person) completely benign. It is the systemic treachery  of  "hiding in plain view", and feeds on the human tendency to  forgive the familiar ("familiarity breeds contempt"). As another  example, I might  add an anecdotal story about my cell phone.  I  often take walks in  remote areas, and in the exercise of an  experiment, I have taken  my cell phone along with me and  carried  it inside a little tote,  with  the battery installed.  All  along  the journey, I then find that I  am accosted by harassers  (even in  very remote areas).  At the  end  of the trek, I reach  into  the tote  and pull out the phone.  Not  surprisingly, it is very  warm  (because it has been transmitting my  GPS coordinates).  I  have  "disabled" the GPS locator in the phone  settings section,  but of  course that doesn't really work, even if  the  little icon has  a  cross-bar through it.  (A simple hack, I  understand)

0
Anonymously Given

I am sure that many "program" participants believe that they can  disable their own cell phone's GPS locator option, and feel as if  they  are "off line".  Most of them are too gullible and  unsophisticated to understand the lunacy of that idea.  Of course,  the trackers are being tracked (24/7/365) ...

0
Scrivener

You must disconnect the battery in order to defeat the people-tracker function of ubiquitous cell phones.

Of course, if RFID tags have been secreted on your clothing, your shoes, or even within your person, then such tracking is still possible... but the lack of power could require that a nearby stalker "paint the target" with a tiny laser built into a cell phone or other hand-held device.

These are the technologies Big Brother doesn't want the public to know about.

By purging guys like me from the mainstream media, these autocrats think they can get away with the wholesale violation of Constitutional rights.

I'm here to tell them they will not succeed in destroying personal liberty, regardless of what happens to this one individual.

The word is out, and the good people on the inside are in "rescue and recovery" mode.

0
Anonymously Given

Disconnecting the battery is a good idea, and I usually do just that.  For the purpose of my experiment, I installed it for the wilderness  excursion.  The RFID tag phenomenon is picking up speed ... as  you  have indicated, RFID is the next frontier in Big Brotherism ...

0
Scrivener

It is likely that the NSA/CIA/DIA etc. has created an RFID network that links retail store anti-shoplifting scanners and other such publicly located scanners -- from libraries to public buildings -- as a means to covertly track their "targets" -- including those put on a (black)list for reasons of politics, ideology, or prejudice of various stripes.

And those targets are being covertly electronically "tagged."  Maybe even when they go to a hospital or clinic for "tests."

This surveillance society is being deployed to methodically neutralize and eliminate political opposition to the hard-right ideology of entrenched bureaucrats of the security/military/intel/corporate complex.  They are waging a covert war on democracy and personal liberty, and have betrayed the Constitution.

And naive, co-opted elected officials -- many of whom are "targets" themselves -- allow them to get away with it.

That's my opinion and I am entitled to holding and expressing it.  That's the American Way.

just as "spoofed" or faked pages can be inserted into an internet user's data stream to maliciously intercept or alter content.

You know, Vic, that's funny you mention that because no less than what, four?  times I have offered you a link to a free five star imaging program download whose screen capture feature would allow you to present these "spoofed" pages to web managers so you could get to the bottom of this "torture" you describe but you refuse to do so- an alleged investigative reporter who can't be bothered to investigate something which he claims threatens his life wih slow kill genocide. .

I say it's funny because yesterday when you posted about this at FFCHS forum I posted this:

If you seriously believe someone is intentionally injecting such
signals, a more serious approach will require this:
You didn't say if you were using a cable box. If you are you'll need a
second test unit for that too.
Buy or borrow a second DTV capable set and, along with the cable box,
swap them out and see if you still get this noise.
If so record this noise.Even if you can't get another TV and isolate
the cause as your own equipment, this is an easy sleuthing job. I am
assuming an investigative reporter owns a tape recorder. Upload it to
your computer or capture it and convert it to a wav. file, I think I
can get free audio analyzer programs at CNET downloads, post it up
here and we'll get to the bottom of this and see what they're doing.

Which, like the spoof pages, you ignored the offer to help or any action to stop this. (you even implied that my offer made me part of the torture matrix!)It is obvious you prefer silly milquetoast drama queening to taking action  helping anyone, including yourself, stop this. Which tells me either this sound isn't such a big deal after all or isn't happening at all, because you just sit there and let it continue. Puppy torturer!

TI's, this person's "work" is going to see us ridiculed forever. See the comments of his other articles or the ACLU blog posts:

http://blog.aclu.org/2009/01/26/internet-filters-voluntary-ok-not-government-mandate/comment-page-2/#comment-6310

So it's obvious he looks completely absurd, and doesn't care that he does as people in that comments section repeatedly said so. And we see from this and the spoofed pages that he has no intention of lifting a finger to end organized stalking.

So what does that add up to? Figure it out.

"...present these "spoofed" pages to web managers so you could get to the bottom of this "torture" you describe..."

Thanks for proving once again what you are all about.   The only "web managers" in the life of a true unjustly targeted person are his/her tormentors.  Anyone reading this who's a true victim -- which you apparently are not -- knows that.

You, sir, are with the puppy torturers.

All the more reason to capture an image of these "spoof" pages. IT WOULD BE EVIDENCE.

What's the matter, Vic? Why is this so hard?

I posted a rough draft of this article on the Freedom From Convert Harassment and Stalking blog site (http://groups.google.com/group/ffchs-daily-harassment-log).  A reader had the following comment, and I replied.

When I attempted to post my reply, the post would not go through.  This typically happens when a surveillance operative thinks I'm posting something that authorities do not want published.  So I am going to attempt to publish the poster comment and my response here.  Let's see what happens...

If five people were in the room my guess is you would be the only one
detecting the sounds.

Based on these posts and the similar types of attacks being
experienced on or about the same time by more than one individual, it
would seem that this is being used as a training or experimental
mechanism. Otherwise why would multiple people be experiencing the
same attack in completely different locations. What would be the
purpose of coordinating to that level. I personally think that this as
much as anything else points to a single command and control point.

scrivener replied:

Acads:  In the case of the digital TV bat sounds, that audio was definitely coming from the TV and was not V2K or microwave.  The attack emanated from the TV itself, with the entry point most likely the cable box.  Digital technology allows the box, whether a cable box or a set-top box, to be "addressed" remotely, wirelessly, according to my understanding of the digital TV (ATSC) specs.  (Remember that even set-top over-the-air digital boxes are scanned, or addressed, remotely.  It doesn't take much for a high-tech operation to replace one digital stream with another.)

However, I have been hit by piercing audio blasts localized to one ear, usually the right ear, and I am certain these are microwave hits and not traditional pushed-air audio that could be heard by others.

Your assumption that these are simultaneous attacks, part of an experiment, is not borne out by my experience at all.  These are precisely targeted attacks, and this is no experiment, because it has been going on for years, and it works perfectly (and horrificly) each time.

As for targeting, here's my theory:  transponders may have been installed on premises that transmit precise coordinates.  Perhaps they've got the house covered in an electronic grid, like in "The Matrix," and they've got a constant read on my location.

Or, perhaps, they've got some sort of through the wall radar on me 24/7 that transmits my precise location (actually, that would be similar to an electronic grid.)

Or maybe when I was persuaded to have an EEG more than five years ago, just as all this began, the diodes that were pasted onto my skull had a subcutaneous element that remained in my skin.  Or maybe I was chipped during a blood test, when the tech made inappropriate remarks and held her thumb down on the needle as she removed it, and I could feel a lump in my arm in the area of the injection.

Or perhaps they've got me in a radar grid AND they've chipped me.

Whatever it is, they've definitely have the ability to triangulate coordinates within millimeters of the target area -- I am convinced of that.  If the military can triangulate on an incoming missile amidst the vastness of space, it's reasonable to assume that they can easily triangulate a relatively sedentary target on Earth.

NOTE: I tried again to post my reply to "acads" at the ffchs blog site.  Again it would not post.  Could some reader here please post it to the digital TV thread?

Oh, lordy, Vic, do you know how radar and infrared detection devices work?  A missile in the vastness in space STICKS OUT LIKE A SORE THUMB because there is nothing else up there like it, and in the case of Pulse Doppler Radar which detects devices by their speed, it sticks out also because it's hauling ass.

There is a term used by the engineers of such systems that describes something that makes it extremely difficult to acquire and track a target, called "clutter". You are in the middle of gobs of it.

By the way, if "the authorities" didn't want something published somewhere else, why did they allow it to be posted here?

*They* are tailoring their attacks to your actual or perceived environment.

These weapons are a few hundred meters or less, secreted within buildings or vans. These mobile weapons can follow on highways or other.

These weapons will be installed in the locations that you will be expected to frequent.

While there certainly are portable "audio wands" that emit microwave sonic bursts, and hand-held and portable microwave and laser directed energy systems of various types, these beams also are targeted, triangulated and transmitted via telecommunications.

No way this is all "point and shoot." Some is, but it would take legions to perpetrate the volume of attacks that are reported each and every day by victims.

The government appears to have weaponized telecommunications systems -- low-orbit GPS type military satellites and terrestrial-based systems mounted on cell towers.

Disinfo agents are going to great lengths to try to cover up systems that have been discussed and already disclosed in technical and military circles -- that is my conclusion based on my personal experiences as a victim of these directed energy weapons, and as a student of these technologies.

The government, I believe, has the capability to target and attack thousands of people at any given time, in the case of certain weapons systems, entire populations, from centralized command centers ("cencom" is the correct term).

It appears that they want people to believe that trucks and caravans of equipment are required.  I believe that is utter bulls*it.

It is both laughable and pathetic that they think people will buy the cover story.  Their own videos and literature contradict the lame psy ops.  Check this out, from the U.S. Air Force Directed Energy Directorate, made in 2006:

I have no doubt that GPS is used in tracking, as are other low tech methods.

And I know that a transmitting antenna can be installed anywhere temporarily, remotely or other, including masquerading as any cell phone antenna of any description.

That does not mean actual cell phone networks are being used for anything other than surveillance, which has been proven to the satisfaction of many.

0

As "a student of these technologies" you get an F:

The government appears to have weaponized telecommunications systems -- low-orbit GPS type military satellites and terrestrial-based systems mounted on cell towers.

GPS satellites orbit the earth (not geosynchronous or stationary) at 14,000 kmph at an altitude of 20,000 km. Decidedly  nowhere close to  "low orbit".

"No way this is all "point and shoot." Some is, but it would take  legions  to ... "  [[[[]]]]  I am in absolute agreement with that  statement, as the empirically collected information that I have  gleaned induces me  to believe that most "program" members are  directed via centralized tracking & surveillance apparatus ...  right  down to the  millimeter. Additionally, I believe that the  "individualized" stuff is used in a spare way, to "fill in the holes".  My guess is that they  have some over-arching method that  enables the coverage of large  areas ... this stuff will be a "slam  dunk" for us when the totalitarians make it all official.  We should all  be heading for the countryside while we still can ...

My du jour theory is that GPS-enabled tracking is a pointer mechanism for the "over arching" surveillance methods that they employ.

0

Vic has suggested the existence of a laser based surveillance  "matrix".  (OK, the laser part is my addition). About fifteen years  ago, my wife and I were accustomed to going into the dark-sky  wilderness for star gazing.  We usually took with us a ["1.05 &  .532" micron combination] star-pointer laser. These things have a  range of several miles. On one such adventure, we parked along  a lonely road and got  out of the vehicle to take in the view.  We  discovered that we  were not entirely alone, as there was a largish  house, perhaps  75  yards off of the road, and hidden by massive trees.  At the  exact same instant that I pressed the  button on the laser, a  popping sound emanated from the direction  of the home (we  were not  aiming it at the home). It was a sound that I recognized  from my days working with electrical  contractors -- the sound of  an explosive-charged circuit breaker  "popping off" under  overload conditions. I thought it was a   strange thing, and so I went back a few nights  later (alone) and  performed the same experiment.  Again,  emanating from the  direction of the house, was the popping  sound of a high power  circuit breaker.  There were no power  poles in the area, so that  could not explain the sound. (Some  power poles do have such  things attached).  To this day I do not  understand the correlation  between the laser and the  breaker-sound.

Minor correction:  the long wavelength is 1.064 (second harmonic)

0

Correction to correction: 532 is the second harmonic.  :-)

0
Anonymously Given

Was the high current overload (assuming that is what it was),  caused by some kind of feedback resulting from the use of high  powered  (and weirdly free space heterodyned) lasers? It has a  feel for the beginnings of a new sci-fi novel - maybe I'll start  writing it.   What if many giga-watts of invisible laser energy,  (1.064 micron energy is invisible) blasted into the environment,  could cause a heterodyne effect in the brains of human beings,  making the targets artificially telepathic?  Then each of us would  require just one tracker.  Cheap for them.

0
Scrivener

I was with you up to the point of "laser matrix" (as I said, just like in the movies The Matrix and National Treasure).   But you lost me at the telepathy grid.

Have you noticed that a common disinfo tactic is to acknowledge a claim up to a point -- and then to inject some fantasmagorical thesis into the discussion in an attempt to discredit all of it?

0
Anonymously Given

Yeah ... I did say that my comments were in the realm of science  fiction ... and as far as the "circuit breaker" theory goes, I may have  misinterpreted what was really someone shooting at strangers in  the dark.  I don't know ... I'm just throw'in it out there ...  What else  do we have to work with?

0
Anonymously Given

We have two main areas of concern, each of which is somewhat  separate and distinct, but engaged in a dependency relationship.  We are concerned with the (a) tracking and the (b) surveillance.  The first (a) is necessary for the second (b).  The second (b) may  enhance the first (a).  We think that the primary facilitators of  both (a) and (b) are centralized, and not driven very much at the  "program participant" level.  Sure, the participants provide  feedback, but it is secondary, and mostly used to collect  street  theatre reaction metrics.  We have a pretty good feel for the  mechanisms behind (a), and we think that we can point a finger  at  GPS-enabled technology for much of that.  This leaves (b) as  the least understood mechanism, and in the face of "less  understood" comes wild speculation.  Hence, my posts.  Wild  speculation sometimes leads to results.

0
Scrivener

What a long way to go to deliver some "wild speculation" neurolinguistic programming. Shall we all just repeat, "Wild speculation.  Conspiracy theories.  Wild speculation. Conspiracy theories.  Wild speculation...." Hitler said, repeat it enough and people will believe it.  The Big Lie, he called it.
