“Breaking News Alert: Obama's economic team considering new stimulus package September 2, 2010 5:21:24 PM
----------------------------------------

With the recovery faltering less than two months before the November congressional elections, President Obama's economic team is considering another big dose of stimulus in the form of tax breaks for businesses -- potentially worth hundreds of billions of dollars, according to two people familiar with the talks. Among the options are a temporary payroll tax holiday and a permanent extension of the research and development tax credit, say people familiar with the talks.

Out of 787 billion $ stimulus package only 200 billion $ were pumped to prevent the collapse of certain banks. The banks failed to defreeze loaning to business houses. There was little impact of partial bailout.

Now about 500 billion $ may be directed to business enterprizes so that new jobs are created and more people are put on payrolls.Election time is the best time to bailout private enterpsises. Those enterprises which are known for donating generously to election compaigns would be first beneficiaries of stimulus package, rest assured.YJ,is it not betting on winning horse?

Too late for the election, I am afraid. There is no chance that any tax relief will have an impact in November. The game now must be to do something to preserve a chance to win in 2012. For me, the horse came to the gate to late for the race.
