Berg is “Outraged” that Obama & DNC Hide Again Behind Legal Issues as their attorney files a Motion for Protective Order to “not” Answer Admissions & Production of Documents while Betraying Public in not Producing Documents proving Obama is “qualified” to be a candidate for President.

It is believed Obama is an “illegal alien”

For Immediate Release: - 10/06/08

(Contact info and pdf of press release below)

Country is Headed to a Constitutional Crisis

(Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania – 10/06/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama’s lack of “qualifications” to serve as President of the United States, announced today that Obama and Democratic National Committee [DNC] filed a Joint Motion for Protective Order to Stay Discovery Pending a Decision on the Motion to Dismiss (which was) filed on 09/24/08.

While legal, Berg stated he is “outraged as this is another attempt to hide the truth from the public; it is obvious that documents do not exist to prove that Obama is qualified to be President.” The case is Berg v. Obama, No. 08-cv-04083.

Their joint motion indicates a concerted effort to avoid the truth by attempting to delay the judicial process, although legal, by not resolving the issue presented: that is, whether Barack Obama meets the qualifications to be President.

It is obvious that Obama was born in Kenya and does not meet the “qualifications” to be President of the United States pursuant to our United States Constitution. Obama cannot produce a certified copy of his “Vault” [original long version] Birth Certificate from Hawaii because it does not exist.

René, I like this story. It's good stuff.

Here in Sweden we can't get any news in English excepting CNN and BBC, a bit socialist -- ya' think!  As, is the local and national news in Swedish.  We used to get FOX, but our satellite network dropped it... oh well, will be heading back to Palm Springs for the winter where we get Fox News.  The reason I mention this is because CNN is obviously a big time Obama supporter, and we don't hear the other side of ANY political story, such as, the important story you've posted above.

Another thing I am finding strange is the reporting of polls... especially, the polls that show-up on internet websites.  It appears to me the votes taken for who wins/loses a debate and other similiar questions that relate to McCain or Obama, that Obama wins them by wide margins, such as 80% to 20%!  However, I believe the voters are mostly non-Americans, casting their vote from anywhere in the world.  And I am beginning to wonder "IF" the campaign Obama is running is being financed from donations from outside the US, as not required to report who made the donation "IF" $200.00, or less.

Could it be Obama is a non-qualified candidate without American citizenship, being financed by foreign confederates and monies from enemies of the United States of America?  This guy Obama is making me VERY nervous!!!

Hard to believe any polls when you find out they poll mostly Dems.

Hahaha, this is outright ridiculous. Obama is born in Hawaii. Why don't you ask where John McCain was born from? He's born in Panama, where his father was stationed. However, at that time, Panama was US territory so it is legitimate for him to run for the Presidency.

0
René

So why won't he produce the documents, instead of trying to get it dismissed or trying to keep from disclosing? Already know about John McCain. Just saying this is ridiculous proves nothing except a refusal to own up.

I don't think there is anything suspicious about Obama not producing a birth certificate to a private citizen (which Mr. Berg is) without first challenging the citizen's legal authority to request it.  Identity theft has happened from less information than can be found on a birth certificate.

That being said, I'm pretty sure that the law will change in the US someday soon so Arnold can become president :)

Even WND disputes Corsi's phony Obama birth certificate claim

Summary: WorldNetDaily.com, for which Jerome Corsi, author of the debunked and discredited book The Obama Nation, works as a staff reporter, has now taken on the claim that its own writer has been promoting, and determined for itself to be false -- that the campaign of Sen. Barack Obama "has a false, fake birth certificate posted on their website." WorldNetDaily reported that a "WND investigation into Obama's birth certificate utilizing forgery experts ... found the document to be authentic."

WorldNetDaily.com, the right-wing website for which Jerome Corsi works as a staff reporter, decided to look into a claim made by Corsi and made repeatedly in right-wing blogs and on talk radio -- that the campaign of Sen. Barack Obama "has a false, fake birth certificate posted on their website" -- and reported that it was false. In an August 23 article, WND reported that "FactChecker.org [sic] says it obtained Obama's actual birth certificate and that the document was indeed real," and added, "A separate WND investigation into Obama's birth certificate utilizing forgery experts also found the document to be authentic." Corsi is the author of the debunked and discredited book The Obama Nation: Leftist Politics and the Cult of Personality (Threshold Editions, August 2008).

WND stated that the August 21 Factcheck.org report "discredited some of the claims of Internet bloggers, such as that the certificate as viewed in a scanned copy released by Obama's campaign lacked a raised seal," and that the WND investigation "revealed methods used by some of the bloggers to determine the document was fake involved forgeries, in that a few bloggers added text and images to the certificate scan that weren't originally there." But WND did not mention that Corsi repeated the charge that Obama's birth certificate was fake on the August 15 edition of Fox News' Fox & Friends. Factcheck.org, however, did note in its report that the "charge leaped from the blogosphere to the mainstream media earlier this week when Jerome Corsi ... repeated the claim in an Aug. 15 interview with Steve Doocy on Fox News."

WND's August 23 article also did not note that the website previously reported allegations that the birth certificate posted to Obama's campaign site was a "fake document." In an August 8 article, WorldNetDaily reported, "Israel Insider is reporting that analysts working separately have determined the birth certificate posted on the Daily Kos website and later on Sen. Barack Obama's 'Fight the Smears' campaign website is fraudulent, and now two different actions have been launched to try and obtain the truth about the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee's birth."

From the August 23 WorldNetDaily.com article:

However, FactChecker.org [sic] says it obtained Obama's actual birth certificate and that the document was indeed real. The site discredited some of the claims of Internet bloggers, such as that the certificate as viewed in a scanned copy released by Obama's campaign lacked a raised seal. FactChecker.org also established that many of the alleged flaws in the document noted by bloggers were caused by the scanning of the document.

A separate WND investigation into Obama's birth certificate utilizing forgery experts also found the document to be authentic. The investigation also revealed methods used by some of the bloggers to determine the document was fake involved forgeries, in that a few bloggers added text and images to the certificate scan that weren't originally there.

A chilling description from the American Ex-pat in Indonesia:

Tee-shirts blazoned with messianic images of Barack Hussein Obama are already starting to replace the Osama Bin Laden tee-shirts that have been so popular in Indonesia. In Indonesia Barack Obama is fast becoming the "Che Guevara" of Indonesia's young wannabe Islamists.

Thanks for those links. They did help.

Reports of accusations like this need to be presented with some degree of balance, so I hope this offers some. I'm a big fan of conspiracy theories, but this one just seems a bit silly to me.  Even if Barack Obama didn't produce a copy of his birth certificate to Mr. Berg, I am sure that the office that is running the Presidential elections has seen a document they accept as real and authentic.

Taken directly from factcheck.org, here is proof that Obama was born American (images and all, which I normally think is not a good practice, but in this case, image inclusion seems to be for a worthy cause) Since factcheck.org has been a popular service during Presidential debates, it seemed like a good place to look.

Among the most frequent objections we saw on forums, blogs and e-mails are:

  • The birth certificate doesn't have a raised seal.
  • It isn't signed.
  • No creases from folding are evident in the scanned version.
  • In the zoomed-in view, there's a strange halo around the letters.
  • The certificate number is blacked out.
  • The date bleeding through from the back seems to say "2007," but the document wasn't released until 2008.
  • The document is a "certification of birth," not a "certificate of birth."

Recently FactCheck representatives got a chance to spend some time with the birth certificate, and we can attest to the fact that it is real and three-dimensional and resides at the Obama headquarters in Chicago. We can assure readers that the certificate does bear a raised seal, and that it's stamped on the back by Hawaii state registrar Alvin T. Onaka (who uses a signature stamp rather than signing individual birth certificates). We even brought home a few photographs.

The Obama birth certificate, held by FactCheck writer Joe Miller

Alvin T. Onaka's signature stamp

The raised seal

Blowup of text

You can click on the photos to get full-size versions, which haven't been edited in any way, except that some have been rotated 90 degrees for viewing purposes.

The certificate has all the elements the State Department requires for proving citizenship to obtain a U.S. passport: "your full name, the full name of your parent(s), date and place of birth, sex, date the birth record was filed, and the seal or other certification of the official custodian of such records." The names, date and place of birth, and filing date are all evident on the scanned version, and you can see the seal above.

The document is a "certification of birth," also known as a short-form birth certificate. The long form is drawn up by the hospital and includes additional information such as birth weight and parents' hometowns. The short form is printed by the state and draws from a database with fewer details. The Hawaii Department of Health's birth record request form does not give the option to request a photocopy of your long-form birth certificate, but their short form has enough information to be acceptable to the State Department. We tried to ask the Hawaii DOH why they only offer the short form, among other questions, but they have not given a response.

The scan released by the campaign shows halos around the black text, making it look (to some) as though the text might have been pasted on top of an image of security paper. But the document itself has no such halos, nor do the close-up photos we took of it. We conclude that the halo seen in the image produced by the campaign is a digital artifact from the scanning process.

We asked the Obama campaign about the date stamp and the blacked-out certificate number. The certificate is stamped June 2007, because that's when Hawaii officials produced it for the campaign, which requested that document and "all the records we could get our hands on" according to spokesperson Shauna Daly. The campaign didn't release its copy until 2008, after speculation began to appear on the Internet questioning Obama's citizenship. The campaign then rushed to release the document, and the rush is responsible for the blacked-out certificate number. Says Shauna: "[We] couldn't get someone on the phone in Hawaii to tell us whether the number represented some secret information, and we erred on the side of blacking it out. Since then we've found out it's pretty irrelevant for the outside world." The document we looked at did have a certificate number; it is 151 1961 - 010641.

Blowup of certificate number

Some of the conspiracy theories that have circulated about Obama are quite imaginative. One conservative blogger suggested that the campaign might have obtained a valid Hawaii birth certificate, soaked it in solvent, then reprinted it with Obama's information. Of course, this anonymous blogger didn't have access to the actual document and presents this as just one possible "scenario" without any evidence that such a thing actually happened or is even feasible.

We also note that so far none of those questioning the authenticity of the document have produced a shred of evidence that the information on it is incorrect. Instead, some speculate that somehow, maybe, he was born in another country and doesn't meet the Constitution's requirement that the president be a "natural-born citizen."

Thanks for checking out the research Tina Kells  I am also a true believer in good balance when producing and artice for publication I spend hours on research before publishing. The problem with american politics is its dirtyness and that people are gullible to believe much of the stuff pumped out and of course the indoctrination.

The problems with america start at the quality of the people that want to become leaders and that these people need money and backing to achieve their aim. They of course become puppets to those that do the most backing and American politics of course attracts the corrupt. The system is rigged so that a good honest person can not get too any top position or post. So it leads to citizens voting for a corrupt offical that sometime whilst in power will blacken America's name.

I am sure Obama's Birth certificate is in order, but I really do not like both contenders to the USA crown, but that norm for me as I know how corrupt theses guys can be its shown in American history and America people just like most world citizens deserve better and un corrupt governance.

Sorry Tina, but this isn't just about the birth certificate.

Is Barack Obama an Indonesian Citizen?

On Sunday, I received an email from An Expat in Southeast Asia, Larry Martin.

He wrote this:

Obama is Indonesian.

“My sources claim that he was adopted and that the Indonesian government is aware of this - so are Obama’s people who cut a deal with the Indonesian government to have the records suppressed.”

The blogger in question from Indonesia, is the one who broke the stories about Obama and the muslim schools, and his Indonesian citizenship.

The link goes to a blog?

Of whom refers to another blog of an expat?

I know a good Blog  that gives proof to fairies and elfs. lol

Believe it or not that is not hard evidence, however the birth certificate is and in a court of law it will hold water and Obama will win this court case and it looks like he will be the first black president of the USA and the very first to understand Muslims. Berg is a Jew and is highly in love with the Clintons he has filed a case late that he knows he can not win, on purpose. We would may find that Berg is a Zionist that simply does not want an American president being anti Israel in Middle eastern negociations.

I could be wrong but out of the two evils I would choose the black guy and not the white guy who has been involved in a finacial swindle and there is plenty of truth in that factor. At this time and moment Obama's Islamic and Christian  back ground could help in solving the middle east  problem especially if he can speak Arabic. I have a gut feeling that Obama would be good for America and could surprise his puppet masters by not exactly doing what they expect, and  of course all those whom opose him. Of course the racialists and many zionists will be seething if he gets the throne of power.

That's all so much BS it's not even funny anymore. Obama is legit, end of story. The powers that be, behind the scenes in Washington wouldn't have allowed him to get THIS far if he wasn't a legit American born citizen.

Now on the other hand, I don't think McCain is legit, in fact I think if you peeled off the skin on his face you'd find he's an alien from another planet. Reptilian even. And his wife acts like she's from Pluto

and Palin is just from another solar system called goofy

McCain verified as eligible by Senate just last April 2008.

Was anything done about Obama's eligibility? and why not?
Especially with 8 or more lawsuits filed in different states on this issue

The issue was recently (at request of Senate?) analyzed by former Solicitor General Theodore Olson and Harvard Law School Professor Laurence Tribe, both of whom concluded that McCain is a natural born citizen within the meaning of the Constitution.

René, I like this story. It's good stuff.

Even bigger news: the voting registration fraud by the Obama support group ACORN.

0
Babel-Fish

You mean this report... hmm yes well please explain better PEP we are not mind readers

The involvement of the U.S. Attorney's Office in a Tuesday morning raid on the Las Vegas offices of Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now ("ACORN"), the community organization involved in registering more than 80,000 new Nevada voters, has raised suspicions that political pressure motivated the action.

The raid to uncover alleged registration fraud was the result of a joint investigation by state agencies, the U.S. Attorney's Office, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A similar task force, convened in New Mexico in 2004 to investigate "vote fraud" complaints lodged by high-ranking Republicans, found no evidence of illegality. According to an independent government report issued last week, the U.S. Attorney for New Mexico, David Iglesias, was later wrongfully fired by the Bush Administration for failing to prosecute the case despite the lack of evidence.

Tuesday's Las Vegas raid, executed morning by agents of the Nevada Secretary of State and state Attorney General, effectively shut down the ACORN office, at least temporarily. The state officials seized the group's files and computers less than a month before Election Day.
ACORN is a community activist organization involved in registering young, minority, and lower-income voters.

The Nevada raid comes the day after ACORN and another voter-registration group, Project Vote, announced a new initiative to identify and resolve problematic voter registrations to ensure maximum voter participation on Election Day. The Nevada Secretary of State's spokesman, Bob Walsh, told me this morning that he did not know when ACORN would regain access to its files and computers; ACORN officials say loss of their computers may hamper their "get out the vote" effort in Nevada, a key swing state this year.

ACORN has been targeted repeatedly in recent weeks by Republican Party spokesmen and surrogates, who contend that the group either intentionally or negligently allows its workers to turn in fraudulent registrations and "dumps" applications on elections officials at the last minute to overwhelm processes that screen out fraudulent registrations. On October 2, Republican National Committee ("RNC") communications director Danny Diaz said flatly that ACORN "is engaged in voter registration fraud," and within hours after the Associated Press reported the raid, the Republican National Committee distributed a link to the story in a press release under the headline "ALERT: Vote Fraud." The Nevada Secretary of State's spokesman today echoed the Republican Party's previous complaints when he described ACORN as having a "quota system" that encourages its workers to add false names to voter rolls

Actually I do not think Obama is deeply involved in Acorn as they are in him PEP. It looks to me like dirty tricks but who is playing the dirty tricks if they are cheating it does not mean he is. Both main candidates are not my cup of tea especially McCain as he has an actual record of being involved in finacial fraud. I really how dirty this whole damn elections going to be before the first blackman becomes president of the United states one that understands Muslims and that at the moment is the most inspiring factor. It's actually a sight I want to see and McCain has to play more inspiring dirty tricks to hide his own corrupt history . American  politics really amuse me the sad thing these guys end up ruling the world and always make a mess of it. Lepards don't change their spots.

I think PEP must have been talking about this -

The nutty ACORN charges October 18th, 2008 · No Comments

To hear Republicans, the McCain-Bush-Palin ticket and the wackos, felons and dopers on right wing talk radio tell it, there is mass voter fraud going on out there and the chief culprit is an organization called ACORN (Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now).

{To hear the same right-wingers speak, ACORN also is solely to blame for the financial crisis for its involvement in loans that had nothing to do with the bad loans being made in unregulated markets. It’s another bald-faced lie from “Keating 5″ McCain.}

However, back to the phony issue. Someone actually has looked into this - the Brennan Center for Justice at New York University Law School.

The “voter fraud” cry has been increasingly used to justify policies that suppress legitimate voters. But the cry is baseless; allegations of voter fraud—especially polling place impersonation fraud—almost always prove to be inflated or inaccurate. The Brennan Center carefully examines allegations of fraud to get at the truth behind the claims. The truth of the matter is that voter fraud—votes knowingly cast by ineligible individuals—is exceedingly rare; one is more likely to be struck by lightning than to commit voter fraud. Our work debunking the voter fraud myth is available at Truth About Fraud.

In 2007, the Brennan Center released The Truth About Voter Fraud, the most extensive analysis of voter fraud claims to date. The report finds that most allegations of fraud turn out to be baseless—and that of the few allegations remaining, most reveal election irregularities and other forms of election misconduct, rather than fraud by individual voters. The type of individual voter fraud supposedly targeted by recent legislative efforts—especially efforts to require certain forms of voter ID—simply does not exist. A presentation describing vote suppression measures promoted by the U.S. Department of Justice can be found here.
Source: Brennan Center for Justice

Actually, “voter fraud” scares, described by the report “as more smoke than fire” usually end up denying legitimate voters of their basic rights.

Allegations of widespread voter fraud, however, often prove greatly exaggerated. It is easy to grab headlines
with a lurid claim (“Tens of thousands may be voting illegally!”); the follow-up — when any exists — is not usually deemed newsworthy. Yet on closer examination, many of the claims of voter fraud amount to a great deal of smoke without much fire. The allegations simply do not pan out.
These inflated claims are not harmless. Crying “wolf ” when the allegations are unsubstantiated distracts attention from real problems that need real solutions. If we can move beyond the fixation on voter fraud, we will be able to focus on the real changes our elections need, from universal registration all the way down to sufficient parking at the poll site.
Moreover, these claims of voter fraud are frequently used to justify policies that do not solve the alleged wrongs, but that could well disenfranchise legitimate voters. Overly restrictive identification requirements for voters at the polls — which address a sort of voter fraud more rare than death by lightning — is only the most prominent example.
The Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law carefully examines allegations of fraud to get at the truth behind the claims. The Brennan Center has analyzed purported fraud cited by state and federal courts; multipartisan and bipartisan federal commissions; political party entities; state and local election officials;and authors, journalists, and bloggers. Usually, only a tiny portion of the claimed illegality is substantiated — and most of the remainder is either nothing more than speculation or has been conclusively debunked.
Source: The Truth About Voter Fraud

Now, here’s what the fear mongers and panic panderers fail to tell you. In most states, a third party, such as ACORN, is required to turn in all cards that are filled out. As it is illegal to throw out even obviously-bogus cards, ACORN says it flags them as questionable and sends them for official state action.

{By the way, remember John McCain’s immigration bill - the one that drew the hatred and ire of the right wing radio dopers, felons and perverts? The same immigration bill that was summarily dismissed by most of his own party? Remember the immigration bill in which he firmly believed until it was better politics for him not to? Well, he was happy enough and proud enough of ACORN. Yes, just as in fair immigration reform, McCain was for ACORN before he was against. it.}

Here’s what ACORN says about the attacks from “Keating 5″ McCain and “Troopergate” Palin -

The Facts:

  • ACORN has helped 1.3 million citizens from all parties and all walks of life apply for voter registration.
  • In most states, ACORN is required by law to turn in every voter registration card - even in cases where the cards are not valid.
  • It is ACORN that has reported almost all of the issues regarding voter registration cards to elections officials, and flagged the suspicious cards.
  • Invalid voter registration cards do NOT constitute voter fraud. Even RNC General Counsel Sean Cairncross has recently acknowledged he is not aware of a single improper vote cast as a result of bad cards submitted in the course of an organized voter registration effort.
  • ACORN hired 13,000 field workers to register people to vote. In any endeavor of this size, some people will engage in inappropriate conduct. ACORN has a zero tolerance policy and terminated any field workers caught engaging in questionable activity. At the end of the day, as ACORN is paying these people to register voters, it is ACORN that is defrauded.

Source: ACORN

So, how do you respond when there are millions of new voters out there? Do you celebtate this reawakening of interest in American democracy?  If you are the GOP and its minions, you work to vilify them. You attack the new voters to intimidate them from going to the polls. Then you smear all those who work to register new voters to insure as many American as possible on all points of the political compass are able to exercise their right to vote.

That is not change we need and certainly not the “change you deserve™” (remember that theft of a trademark phrase by the GOP?).

“Voter fraud” is a sleazy and sorry attack by a panicked campaign using the same old Rovian tactics of lies, fear and intimidation to gain a third term for the failed policies of Boy George Bush and his inept, corrupt administration.

Fight the smears with all your might.

PERCEPTION IS NOT NECESSARILY REALITY ... DON'T BELIEVE THE POLLS ... Obama supporters act as if the polls are a true reflection of what's going to happen on November 4th. Obama has consistently tried to win each of his elections prior to a single vote being cast, by eliminating his opponenets on technicalities, or having the DNC dump Hillary, or by giving the false impression that he already won, before the election has even taken place. When you don't have an actual record to run on ... and all you can do is point out problems, and blame others, as Obama has, you have to rely on gimmicks that have nothing to do with your actual ability to lead ... like accusations of racism ad nauseam ... like early voting ...busing and indoctrinating homeless people on the way to the polls ... photo ops with big crowds ... spending 4 to 1 on advertising ... having the media in the tank ... having Hollywood in the tank, having Acorn in the tank ... and, having 98% of all black voters in the tank. But, all of these things are nothing more than a fabricated perception. They have nothing to do with a person's experience, or ability to lead. They just reveal a candidate who will say, or do anything to get elected. That's why the Obamabots are so worried. That's why Obama is telling his disciples not to get over confident. That's why the Obama campaign tries real hard to make it look like Obama has already won ... just like they did in the run against Hillary in the primaries. I happen to believe there are legions of people who are going to vote for McCain on November 4th ... unlike the 'in your face' Obama supporters, November 4th is when the McCain supporters will express themselves. A vote for Obama is a vote for voter fraud, corrupt media, and a road to socialism. Keep America safe and strong, elect McCain/Palin on November 4th.

Thanks, Howard. Course the lefties here don't want to know the truth. The Facade is all to them. Desperately looking for someone to save them. It doesn't work that way.

Don't forget there elections for US Representatives in every state and Senators, too. If the voters of each state can't make their elected representatives do what they want from now on, they're falling down on the job.
