If you thought America was in a bind over the last 3 years of Obama's presidency, think again, 2013 will be an absolute nightmare!

Rob Portman filed a report recently on what actions will be taken by the Obama administration should the President win re-election in November, and these findings are staggering. Just as Obama has unleashed the EPA upon US business and employers before as his whip when he could not ratify his punitive policies, the President will be using this agency to wreak utter havoc over the American economy.

With these facts bolstered by GAO’s findings showing that the EPA will be on a tyrannical tear to not only dictate suffocating and costly environmental regulations, but to escalate costs for citizens and agencies alike in order to comply. Income taxes will increase, local and state taxes will increase, and the insane costs to state, county, and municipal governments to comply with these overwhelming regulations will stifle jobs and public purchasing power. It is clear by the tone and punitive nature of these non-voted restrictions that the President has no intention of stimulating the economy or employment.

In accordance with Obama’s hatred for the coal industry, the EPA will begin shutting down large numbers of coal plants that are the backbone of our electrical grid. These coal plants could have retrofitted in order to comply with new regulations, but the EPA refused to give them time. As a result and detailed in a report from the GAO there can be no guarantees that the already stressed electrical grid through out the US will not become unstable during peak season and unreliable. This even though Americans will experience huge rate hikes for energy. So, as we are literally punished by government regulations for using energy, the very grid we depend upon will become prone to black outs and shortages.

EPA regulations originally slated for this year characterized as so catastrophically costly to comply with will automatically go into effect in 2013. Those regulations have to do with reducing Ozone and the haze it produces which does not really constitute an environmental threat to human health. Yet, billions will need to be appropriated by local businesses and governments in order to comply with the new restrictions. Cities, counties, and states already hard pressed to find revenues to stay afloat will now find billions more that they must somehow raise in order to meet new draconian EPA standards. This will result in the consumer paying drastically more for these government sanctioned environmental measures thanks to Obama’s EPA running a muck and without the approval of American voters!

A new addition to the EPA’s radar will be water cooling systems of power plants and other manufacturing facilities that merely use reservoir water to cool their equipment then recirculate the water back into lakes, rivers, and channels will now be required to meet new EPA guidelines which will cost billions to comply with even though this water does not impact the environment. The EPA will be on an absolute tear to insure that law enforced compliance is imposed upon businesses and agencies that are already struggling. This can mean only one thing-increased costs and layoffs in order for these fees and charges to be paid or costly fines and penalties will ensue.

Some may think that President Obama is inept, out of his league, even an amateur, but I’m convinced otherwise. I am convinced that the President is intentionally pushing the nation further and further toward an apocalyptic crisis that we will never recover from knowing full well and good what he is doing. Why would I be convinced of this? No one in their right mind could possibly continue to promote gigantic deficit spending projects, propose more tax hikes in an ailing economy with high unemployment, or use agencies beyond the purview of the people’s vote to draft such draconian regulations that economic production is destroyed by such enactments.

President Obama knows exactly what he is doing. He is shutting down the industrial capability of the United States. He is forcing US employers to focus on paying for higher government fees instead of being able to afford to hire. Obama is forcing Americans to rely on the crumbs of government handouts instead of working to achieve the prosperity that American have earned and enjoyed. The President is bent and determined to take America down several notches in productivity, employment, and in the general welfare of the public in order for Americans to suffer the wrath that Obama harbors over his radical leftist agenda.

EPA annual budget estimates run 94 billion dollars as agency officials are at odds with figures arrived at by GAO numbers which are reportedly higher and more disturbing. The problem is that since elected officials are not at the helm of the EPA these officials are not accountable to the voters and cost overruns will not be within the purview of the voting public. If Congress were in control of these types of programs, budget would have to be honored or at the very least accounted for and subject to voter awareness. Elected representatives would then suffer the consequences of not managing costs. The EPA does not suffer from such oversight and is allowed to run rough shod over the American citizen.

At a time when the economy is experiencing little or no growth, unemployment remains high, and small business is already reeling with trying to deal with increased costs of Obamacare, the administration increases its fiscal assault on America in 2013.
