Obama, Biden May Pursue Criminal Charges Against Bush
Democratic Vice Presidential candidate Joe Biden says that if elected, he and Obama may pursue criminal charges against the Bush administration to investigate the alleged misdeeds committed by George W Bush, the current president of the United States. This year the Democrats made a strong vow to pursue Bush on criminal charges if an investigation finds the alleged acts to be true.
If there has been a basis upon which you can pursue someone for a criminal violation, they will be pursued," Biden said during a campaign event in Deerfield Beach, Florida, according to ABC. "[N]ot out of vengeance, not out of retribution," he added, "out of the need to preserve the notion that no one, no attorney general, no president -- no one is above the law."
In April, Obama made similiar comments about investigating the possible crimes committed by the Bush administration. He stated that he would ask his attorney general to investigate Bush era actions to distinguish between "genuine crimes" and "really bad policies".
"[I]f crimes have been committed, they should be investigated," Obama told the Philadelphia Daily News. "You're also right that I would not want my first term consumed by what was perceived on the part of Republicans as a partisan witch hunt, because I think we've got too many problems we've got to solve."
Congressional Democrats have issued a large amount of subpeonas this year to senior Bush administration aides as part of an investigation into the authorization of torture tactics at Guatanamo Bay in Cuba. Three members of the Bush administration have been held in contempt of Congress for refusing to respond to the subpeonas. The members are: Karl Rove, Josh Bolton, and Harriett Miers. The contempt battle is currently before a Federal Court.

PSHAW! I am shocked I tell you, just flabbergasted. Karl Rove at the center or yet another judicial scandal, political wing ding, and all out S&M party where the invited guests are dragged in against their will, and all end up calling the police afterwards with a mysterious pain in the rectum. I mean, come on people!
This is same man who brought us the Scooter Libby/CIA leaks where he was a traitor at best. He had earlier been fired in his career by Bush Sr. for leaks to the same reporter he leaked CIA info to. He had worked for then Attorney Ashcroft who finally recused himself, only to find out that Rove had worked with just about EVERYONE involved in the prosecution of Rove and others in that leak investigation. It was if it the pages were written in some fuzzy blurred version of the Twilight Zone. You know the episode where the boy creates monsters and terrorizes people with his mere thoughts, even has some killed. Only in our real version, the "boy" doesn't turn out to be good in the end. And of course, as if on cue from that magical place where Republicans are above the law, he was not convicted. As Gomer Pyle would say, "Surprise, surprise, surprise!"
He was caught after he broke into Dixon's office and forged documents and passed them off as an opponents flyers when he was 19 and he has never looked back. His criminal life/aka politcal tango he has played with numerous Republican officials and politicians has been over the years has been staggering. He was the mastermind behind the nomination of Hariet Miers. He was behind the smear campaigns against Mark White, Ann Richards, and poor Cleland who lost 3 limbs in Vietnam but was some how portrayed as a terrorist sympethizer and anti-hero. And there is good reason to suspect he set up the fake documents that lead to Dan Rather's early departure from CBS because they were too afraid to stand up to Rove and Bush and be seen as "unpatriotic". All to divert attention away from Bush's National Guard dental record "I wasn't there but my dental records were" fiasco. Then there was that whole "firings" scandal with Mr. "I don't recall". His "tax/voting" scandal in Texas. Also some Intel Stock merger scandal as well.
Did I miss any? Probably. I apologize. Even I can't keep track that well. Just too many of them to account for. It just seems to me that good old Rove can't seem to keep from sticking his pecker in the fire. Eventually, I would imagine that one of two things will happen. He will get sent to Jordan after being put on that "elusive" enemies of the state list that he rightfully deserves to be, you know the one where people get to NOT be tortured by water boarding, etc. Never to be seen or heard from again. If we are really lucky, Ann Coulter will be included in the package as a free bonus. Or the other option is that he and Limbaugh finally run off together to consumate their long standing love affair with each other. With Pat Robertson and the Tinky Winky hate club in tow.

Bout time someone hold Bush accountable. He "claims" he's immune from prosecution, but till he shows us he doesn't put his pants on one leg at a time like everyone else, he's liable.

Putting those criminals on trial would be very cathartic, and would signal the world that the USA is back and ready to lead.

Ok, if O'Bama & Biden will quit this line of destructive discussion, I will work to ensure that the victorious McCain administration will NOT prosecute the Demos for criminal stupidity.
Deal?

It is about time Obama and Biden come to realize Politics has turned to war.
Republicans only want a police state....They want to coverup crimes commited by people who run the State. How is it they get off calling Nonviolence a bad thing?. Perhaps they like bombs going off outside our house, seeing people walk the streets with machetes, guns, batons, and knives.? Perhaps they like the need to go to Walmart and keep your guns and arsenal well shined and ammoified? I don't call that life, or normal for society... I don't call going to school to be threatened , killed and massacred in school, because anyone can buy a gun across the street on any corner in America.. simply because I don't believe in guns or violence.. I see nothing wrong in preaching against gun ownership, or preaching against violence. They expect people to embrace their violent words, and violent society? Just where are they from? Republicans certainly are not Americans. I just hate seeing people who say they love America do the most hateful things and support the most hateful things such as killing innocent people..and call that a Patriotic Duty...And yet when I do nonviolent acts and say I hate Violence......And say I hate America because of its violence I am some wacko, some nutcase, some illogical baffoon. I will never understand America's idea of Democracy. It is nothing but a War every 4 years. Might as well call it the Riots Convention, Bully Cop Convention, The Torture Americans Convention, The Shoot First Ask Questions Later Convention, The beatup Old Ladies and Kids Convention. The Taser Convention, The Military Police State Convention, This is McCain's and Republicans idea of America, not mine.
Good Going Obama and Biden,...let's stop these criminals who having taken justice out of Law Enforcement.

George W. Bush’s sentence-by-sentence speaking skills are deteriorating. Apparently, this may be due to a mental illness called “presenile dementia.” Bush may or may not be secretly still drinking heavily. Bush lied, and thousands of people died. Bush suffers from narcissism and megalomania. Moreover, Bush has been arrested three times. Bush was arrested for disorderly conduct. Bush was arrested for stealing. Bush was also arrested for a serious crime—driving under the influence of alcohol. There are reasons to believe that Bush suffers from a learning disability. Bush’s learning disability would explain a lot of things. All in all, Bush is a severely mentally ill individual. Bush is not fit to be the president of the United States.
Bush should be locked up. Submitted by Andrew Yu-Jen Wang B.S., Summa Cum Laude, 1996 Messiah College, Grantham, PA
