Well I guess most of us will get a little change. Big Union corporate “talent” that run their companies into the ground will get the big money and the rest of Americans will be lucky to get a little change.
All I hear is how Obama wants to jumpstart that credit/ lending bullshit again with the banks. What happened to the jobs? What happened to the new industry? The alternative fuels? The big “PLAN” is to give money to the banks to lend to people with no jobs? That is just the dumbest thing ever.
In fact wasn’t this George W’s PLAN he had started before he left the Whitehouse?
Obama: just another tool of big industry Americans can’t afford.

The more I think about it the more I can't believe it.
We are going to take tax payers money and give it to a few UNION fat cat corporations who can't compete in the world market. Then we are going to give money to banks ot lend to people with no jobs, to bolster that phony bullshit??? You gotta be kidding!!!!!
So <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />Michigan and Illinois are going to be the only TWO out of fifty states to get any "stimulus". How many decades will it take for that auto worker money to get to Fla. to help us? Maybe 20 or 30 years?
Why would anyone think giving money to ANY big corporation with CEO's making millions will help now when it is what damaged our economy to start with?

Obama is right there is no ONE THING that will help. Especially not this "business as usual" left- over PLAN from the GWB Whitehouse.
We need to stimulate the economy by making BETTER and BETTER PAYING JOBS. Not by giving money to failing union companies.
Let the unions help the BIG THREE. Let those workers work for $8.00 with no benefits.

Why not just give all the money to Wal Mart? Wal Mart is bigger with more employees and they make about 1/4 what a union auto worker does. Wal Mart workers are in EVERY STATE.
In fact why don't we START with a plan to get  Wal Mart employees insurance and full time jobs with insurance so our Government and taxpayers can save that expense?

Why don't we make Wal Mart pay TAX on the GARBAGE Chinese products they are flooding our country with?

Why not go and help the people in places devastated by storms? Pt Charlotte Fl lost 800 Businesses (and thousands of jobs) back in Hurricane Charley. NONE have returned. What do you think that does to a local economy? We had and have the highest unemployment rate and we had it first.
Of course our Governor ignores this as well. Charley Christ met with Obama Feb 10th in Ft Myers Fl. and as far as I know just shook hands and said nothing about aid for Florida.
How about New Orleans? We barely slapped a FEMA Band Aid on that too.

Why not abolish NAFTA and get THOSE jobs back? Because big corporations like Wal Mart don’t want to pay a decent salary or give a benefit package and cut into that profit margin. That’s why.

They want third world slave labor at $.14 (fourteen cents) a day  and NAFTA made that dream come true.

NAFTA in turn has also kept American wages the same for 30 years while the "Markets" were allowed to go up as much as 600%. Hmmm I wonder why there is no money in our economy.

Remember gas in the 70's? about $.32 now $2.00 to $4.00. Houses that were $30,000 got up to $250,000. Now there is no money and no jobs anywhere. People swarm like locusts in the thousands for an $8.00 an hour job. In the 70's I made $10 when I was 16. Now I have to work for $8.00? There isn't even any $5.00 an hour jobs here.

You will never hear any politician talk about how NAFTA was used as a tool by big industry to damage every economy it comes in contact with.

B!U!L!L!S!H!I!T!!    Hey it's just one clowns opinion....
