The Secretary of State nomination is finally revealed and Clinton will soon have to surrender her Senate seat which she has held for eight years in the State of New York. “The nomination would be a remarkable union between the former first lady who was an early favorite to win the presidency and the first-term senator who upset her in the primary and cruised to a general election victory,” said Nedra Picker. Obama is also picking other Cabinet positions, as well. President elect Obama has informally selected Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle as Health Secretary and is likely to choose Arizona Gov. Janet Napolitano to be Secretary of Homeland Security according to the Democrats who also reckoned that Washington lawyer Eric Holder  will be the next  Attorney General.  Financial disclosure issues involving Clinton's husband, former President Bill Clinton have not interfered in this potential honeymoon between a victorious President elect and the Senator of New York who once had so many constituents that Americans were unclear until the Democrats picked  Barack Obama as to who the running mate would be for Democrats.
