Poor Obama. He goes to San Fransisco and gets met with a Tea Party protest....and what is worse, the protest was coming from both the left and the right!
A Tea Party greets Obama in San Francisco
Signs were placed in City Square by organized Americans in opposition to the President. To see some of the signs go to : http://thecitysquare.blogspot.com/2009/10/tea-party-greets-obama-in-san-francisco.html

Those tea-bagging souls certainly ventured into the lion's den.......like homecoming for the president.

Ahhh he left Washington so he would not see them...was this a surprise?...I hope so..Somebody needs to scare the BEJesus out of his empty suit. He just wants to have fun and keep "playing". If we could see what he has actually done as far as studying history, issues, statistics we would be scared...
It is absurd how many people are unemployed in this country now for him to be doing the hugging and kissing babies routine still. If he wants to spread the wealth around it needs to start with his lifestyle....I do not see any humility in these two who feel they are "entitled". Entitlement is a disease....I say so....LOL...It has broken us.

SMK not only TeaParty protesters were there. The far left, especially the GLBT community were there to protest as well. The far left is getting more and more disgruntled and expect Obama to start fulfilling his promises.

I was there as I posted at the time. There were a few tea bag protesters, the anti-war crowd was bigger, there were a variety of interested but only a handful of tea bag people but it is one of the biggest crowds of 'normal' citizens assembled in the street I have seen there for along time, but they were not protesting in the main, just watching. The energy was palpable and mainly positive
