Obama has introduced Senator Joe Biden as his Running Mate at a rally in Springfield today. The emphasis has been on the shared background, with Obama having been brought up by a single mother from an early age. In a mutual back-scratching excerise, Obama said, "Biden will put an end to a disastrous foreign policy. Biden is a foreign policy expert."
The debate between political pundits now is why, if, "the time for change has come," Senator Obama has a Congressman who has been around for 30-years and not a governor..
