Multi-agency government operative monsters endanger lives...

... use radio-controlled "anti-theft" option to slow journalist's car in speeding traffic while irradiating driver with debilitating frequencies from cell tower- mounted microwave radio frequency directed energy weapon system.

In the sick and twisted, chain-of-command disrespecting minds of the war criminals who issue the orders under the MAGLOCLEN-RissNet Mid-Atlantic states fusion center umbrella, it's still okay to use the government's covert microwave laser /  radio frequency cell tower mounted directed energy weapon system to attack extrajudicially "targeted" Americans...

...but now these taxpayer-funded monsters apparently are reducing frequency of painful, sudden electromagnetic jolts to the head and body and have "reduced the amplitude" of their computer-controlled weapon in favor of constant, chronic radio frequency irradiation -- causing their silent torture victims to suffer extreme weakness, fatigue, chronic headache, disorientation and a sense of malaise.

And they are attacking this "target" while he is driving on interstate highways (I-95 on July 2) -- while also using an unwanted and unordered radio-controlled "theft immobilization" option to slow down the vehicle in heavy, speeding traffic, even applying the brakes, endangering not only their "target," but every person traveling in nearby vehicles.

WHO WILL STOP THE NEWTOWN, BUCKS COUNTY, PA BASED MAGLOCLEN AND ITS 'INFORMATION SYSTEMS' CONTRACTORS FROM COMMITTING CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY AND THE CONSTITUTION?

By a preponderance of evidence, it is apparent that the entire network of "community policing" and "town watch" vigilantism -- the systematic terrorizing of unjustly targeted persons and entire families -- is coordinated out of the nation's 70-some multi-agency Homeland Security- administered fusion centers, whose "RissNet" communications network supplies GPS and other data to teams of  police-protected "community gang stalkers."

THE ENTIRE NATIONWIDE NETWORK OF COMMUNITY-BASED, POLICE-PROTECTED VIGILANTES -- MANY MEMBERS OR EMPLOYEES OF FEDERALLY-FUNDED VOLUNTEER GROUPS, MUNICIPALITIES AND AUTHORITIES, OR PRIVATE UTILITIES AND OTHER LARGE CORPORATIONS -- IS COORDINATED OUT OF THE NATION'S HOMELAND-RUN FUSION CENTERS, WHO USE LOCAL POLICE AS THEIR 'INTELLIGENCE-BASED POLICING' ENFORCERS...

...TURNING GOOD COPS INTO POLICE-STATE STOOGES.
