By 2009 alone while Obama was in his first year of his presidency Darrel Issa was already investigating some 37 criminal complaints filed against the administration. Setting the tone for the months to come, the US has experienced an unprecedented wave of selective law enforcement and racially biased injustice.

The absolute failure of Obama's DOJ

From Valerie Jarret instructing DOJ lawyers on why there would be no prosecution of voter fraud to AG Eric Holder’s refusal to bring club swinging, verbally abusive New Black Panthers up on federal charges for voter intimidation on government grounds, the Obama administration has led a campaign of lawlessness. This in lieu of filmed evidence! It is the most spectacularly blatant disregard for the law ever demonstrated in years!

Attacking Governor Jan Brewer’s administration for carrying out federal immigration law, legally harassing Sheriff Joe Arpaio on trumped up race profiling charges that were never proven, leads one to the undeniable conclusion that our federal government operates beyond Constitutional and statutory boundaries with shockingly bold neglect of due process. These actions are beyond comparison with previous administrations in US history.

Obama pushes gay agenda

However, President Obama was just getting started. The President imposed his pro-Gay agenda upon a nation that is only composed of 3% population at best. Prop 8 in California was overturned when a gay federal judge in full conflict of interest was directed to intervene, forcing Californians to accept a ruling that was voted against by a huge majority twice. The President had the Defense of Marriage Act declared unconstitutional by the Supreme Court as well in consistence with his socially divisive agenda.

Violating US Constitution

The state of Oklahoma would get a taste of President Obama’s warped political vision as he once again issued a federal judge to intervene over state voters who demonstrated their opposition to Sharia Law with 70% against its imposition. Sharia Law being applied to any segment of US society is a clear violation of the US Constitution, however Obama has confirmed his ambivalence toward our rights as American citizens time and time again.

Not one Wall Street conviction!

Where as there were 1300 convictions of Wall Street criminals during the Bush Administration and 1000 white collar convictions of stock market criminals during the Clinton years, there has not been one prosecution by Attorney General, Eric Holder’s DOJ. I think this indicates a distressing lack of concern for the heart breaking losses suffered by thousands of US investors who lost their retirement, home equities, jobs, and savings due to the complicity between banks, the Democrats, and the broad initiative forged by the CRA enacted under the disastrous presidency of Jimmy Carter.

Refusal to disclose evidence

Although Republicans, Darrel Issa and Chuck Grassley have worked for 2 years to urge AG Eric Holder to hand over documents pertaining to Operation Fast and Furious, the US Attorney General has staunchly refused to surrender them. To that point of being convicted by vote of Contempt of Congress, the first such conviction in US history even with President Obama declaring Presidential Privilege over release of obviously incriminating evidence, we see the lawless Democrat administration for what it is. The problem is that with liberally appointed judges, a Democrat dominated Department of Justice, and a Senate controlled by Harry Reid, who enforces every Obama mandate, still true integrity in our federal government eludes us!

Blasphemy over sovereignty

When President Obama authorized the use of military force in Libya without the consent of Congress articles of impeachment were begun under Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio). Yet, in clear violation of Congress and the US Constitution, President Obama and CIA Director Leon Panetta both publicly announced that they sought permission from the UN instead of the political process on Capitol Hill! This is indeed heresy! This act of impunity exhibit’s the President’s arrogant disregard for legal due process within the American heritage.

Stirring Social unrest

To add just another insult to the American legal system as the Trayvon Martin scandal raged and public opinion grappled with the racialized issues inflamed by Obama and the left, another gross failure to enforce the law was committed. When the New Black Panthers put a bounty on the head of George Zimmerman and race baiting film maker, Spike Lee actually publicly disclosed the Zimmerman household address, Obama once again defined his agenda of lawlessness. New Black Panthers that  had solicited for the murder of George Zimmerman, who had yet to be charged for anything at that point were not prosecuted for clearly committing a felony offense.

Inevitable Conclusion

Who could possibly respect an American president guilty of such negligent and provocative behavior, who flaunts our legal system with absolute impunity? Who would not acknowledge the President’s absolute abandonment of principle and ethics in the eyes of the American people as he incites social unrest in racially charged issues. I think it would be safe to say that President Obama has exercised less responsibility in his statements to the public than perhaps any other American chief executive in the history of this nation. If the people don’t recognize these obvious examples of Obama’s illegal trespasses against American justice then the future of this country is truly in question.
