Obama’s Stimulus = 87 Blue Whales?

The Competitive Enterprise Institute is a libertarian think-tank based in Washington D.C. which often calculates the costs of certain Congressional spending bills. Clearly, they are alarmed over the $2 trillion stimulus/bailout package. Most of their email was uninteresting, but some interesting tidbits jumped out at me.
