If Barack Obama persists in deferring authority to the multi-agency cabal; if he persists in his refusal to make a rogue bureaucracy accountable to his leadership and to the chain of command, he will be assisting in the demise of his presidency and in his neutralization as the chief executive of the United States of America.

If Barack Obama thinks he can lead this nation by appeasing a rogue bureaucracy, he and the people of America could be in for some very ugly times in the very near future at the hands of this extrajudicial, and evil, shadow government.

There is no question that the DHS is out of control. Leadership of the department has changed hands too often, and now, Obama wants to move Napalitano to the Supreme Court when she has been on the job less than two years. Wrong move.

The commenter above refers to "coffee with chickory." My wife and I recently returned from New Orleans, and we had been discussing coffee with chickory in the alleged "privacy" of our bedroom.

I often hear such "directed conversations" when I am out in public, in stores, etc.

I have reason to believe our home, and our vehicle, has been illegally and unconstitutionally entered and that electronic audio and video eavesdropping equipment has been installed in virtually all areas that we inhabit.

I also have reason to believe this unconstitutional surveillance and terroristic "directed conversation" harassment is coordinated and directed under the aegis of the MAGLOCLEN multi-agency fusion center in Newtown, PA -- and that local authorities are aware of these invasions of privacy, and may even be privy to the collected surveillance, in real time.

Also, I have complained repeatedly to local and federal authorities about a GPS device in our vehicle being used by community stalkers and mobile goon squad members to track our every move, allowing constant vehicle stalking, harassment, tailgating, aggressive driving in our proximity, etc.

NO AUTHORITIES HAVE MOVED TO DISABLE THIS NATIONWIDE GPS TRACKING APPARATUS THAT HAS BEEN MADE AVAILABLE TO COMMUNITY-BASED HARASSMENT UNITS ACROSS THE NATION.

Thus, local, county and federal officials, by the preponderance of the empirical evidence available to me, have been engaged for at least six years in a criminal conspiracy to deny me -- and untold thousands of other Americans -- the civil, constitutional and human rights to which we are entitled as U.S. citizens.

I did NOT purposefully post that piece of personal info on the internet. My connection apparently is being monitored, manipulated, censored and maliciously tampered with by a rogue surveillance-censorship program, whose color-of-law violating operatives, I believe, allowed that information to be posted when I had deleted that information before submission.

Let me also add that since I signed up for a Facebook page (after apparently being unable to do so previously), I have received "friending" messages with pictures of young children, what I believe could be part of a crude and sophomoric character assassination set-up attempt by rogue officers, agents or operatives who destroy the lives of innocent people in their witch-hunting -- apparently, a blood sport for some of these rogues.

But I'm surely not telling you anything that you, in particular, don't already know?

As for that arrest, it is my contention that was a false arrest, a police assault, and false imprisonment. The police department that abused me and violated my rights failed to show for a preliminary hearing, and the charge of "stalking" -- what I believe was being done to ME in that case -- was summarily dismissed and discharged.

By the way, if it turns out you are in law enforcement, I consider what you are doing here to be a color of law violation, harassment, using the telecommunications system to conduct a campaign of terroristic intimidation.

Perhaps an analysis of your IP address would reveal your status and your intent?

As to your remark questioning how a cell tower- based microwave/laser weapon system could precision-target individuals, you obviously did not read my article, linked above, "U.S. Silently..." or your apparent psy op here is constructed to leave the false impression that my reporting did not address the precision targeting mechanisms this directed energy weapon employs.

Some of my (neighbors) have benefited from a nearly continuous series - week after week - of "handyman" work efforts - that have been ongoing for years and years. In one particular case, my estimate is that there must not be any of the original house structure remaining -- it almost certainly has been entirely replaced twice IMHO. Many other posters have indicated that this kind of thing is an effort to keep remuneration on the DL (down-low). As far as keeping neighborhoods "safe" - you cited the definition of "safe" as viewed by the general public - while everyone else on this forum was and is on an entirely separate track - defining "safe" as a reference to a status indicating a lack of the gang stalking, harassment, and other things that are relevant to the main topic at hand.
