While many powerful agencies and commands are represented at this rogues' round table, from the Pentagon's intel and armed services branches (including the NSA and DIA) to the CIA and the National Security Branch of the FBI, one agency presides over the throne room: the agency that controls the "bubble," and, it could be argued, the physical and psychological environment of the man who allegedly sits in the big chair, the President of the United States. That agency is the U.S. Secret Service.

If Barack Obama thinks he can lead this nation by appeasing a rogue bureaucracy, he and the people of America could be in for some very ugly times in the very near future at the hands of this extrajudicial, and evil, shadow government.

Special attention, Project Geneva Team:
If the laws against home intrusion, burglary, vandalism, vigilante organized stalking -- and felonious electromagnetic weapon assault -- were enforced in Bucks County, PA, it would be known as the "county crime capital of the U.S..."
...and my environs would be among the most crime-ridden of neighborhoods.
Of course, it's a moot point, because county and local authorities here either think they cannot -- or they will not -- fairly and equally enforce the law.
Which is why I am urging the good people onthe inside to make an example of Bucks Coutny, PA, home of the MAGLOCLEN / RissNet mid-Atlantic states fusion center, and take down this extrajudicial nationwide Gestapo apparatus once and for all -- along with the local authorities who, by their inaction and their failure to protect all of those in their charge, are complicit and equally culpable in these crimes against the Constitution and humanity.
Now, if they are cooperating with ethical, conscientious federal civil rights authorities on the down-low, that's a different story...

The ideologists behind gang-stalking attempt to justify it by saying that vigilantism directed against four percent of the population does not affect the "constitutional republic" ... because ninety-six percent are unaffected. This is false. By their participation, twenty percent of the ninety-six percent are indeed affected - to the point of a perverse mindset to dismantle the constitutional republic - and that is the *real* driver behind organized stalking. The fascists within society - and within various portions of government - are using the age-old brown-shirt mechanism for the very same purpose as Hitler. Apparently, the above attack report fell upon deaf ears.
I awoke this morning to intense head pain in the frontal lobe area and a feeling of dizzy wooziness, with my vision blurred, sharp, high-pitching ringing in my ears, feeling woozy and weak. Now, several hours later @10 a.m., the intense frontal lobe vise-like pain persists.
UPDATE, 11:49 p.m. -- The right frontal lobe pain persists, it is constant, and it is making it diffiult for me to concentrate or to be fully productive today.
Since I now have an RF detector near my person at all times, it appears that my torturers are using frequencies out of the range of the detector to impair and injure me. The bad news is that those out-of-detector range frequencies include microwave acoustic frequencies that cause severe ringing in the ears and persistent headache.
But the lobster-red skin effect seems absent today. A small favor?

I first realized I was targeted in March 2004. But looking back, it appears that the targeting and the domestic terrorism against me and members of my family began well before that date.
Because I was trained in the ways of mainstream journalism, I have written my articles in the third person and I have avoided personalizing the accounts, expect in these comments sections, where I have pretty much bared my soul.
Someday soon, I will write the whole ugly, horrible story.
Since all of my telecom is surveilled, intercepted and often tampered with, and because up to the present, virtually all of the comments posted here other than my own have been the work of disinformation agents, I have been cut off, isolated. I haven't even been able to use the telephone for reporting purposes because I have found that my calls are diverted, sometimes to imposters.
This is a huge GAME for the rogue agents, dirty cops, dirty firemen, dirty muni and utility works, fraternal org hate-hongers, fundamentalist zealots and their vigilante pals who look like normal, family people until they aid and abet the goons and become goons themselves. Someone has directed me to the Wikipedia link about the game "Mafia," which apparently mirrors what I have endured for six years.
Well, this is no game; these are crimes against humanity. I have vowed to do everything that's legal and moral to expose the corrupt officials and their vigilante criminal goons.
All that's lacking is for a high-profile law enforcement official to join with me, instead of against me, and we could take down the nationwide infrastructure of this torture matrix -- which depends hugely on the law enforcement RissNet network, in a matter of months.

You are incorrect. Again, you have not read my main article on the subject, linked above, or you choose to ignore the facts presented therein, nor have you bothered to read the Raytheon patent that explains the ability of this technology to precisely deliver directed microwave energy and/or other radio frequency energy to a specific, strategic or human target with extreme accuracy, depending on the targeting technology employed, at the speed of light. The force level of the attack is dependent upon the amplitude, or strength of the directed, invisible, triangulated energy beam.

If you won't do your homework, don't expect me to recite to you the required reading.

It's been repeatedly mentioned to you that none of these towers are owned by the government but by publicly held telecommunications companies- over 180 in America alone- and many of them on private property owned by individuals or companies. All installed and serviced by thousands- possibly tens of thousands of technicians nationwide, all told a potential pool of knowledge of hundreds of thousands whose silence continues as the only one claiming this is Vic.
And he refuses to produce a single photograph of this equipment he claims is in every community nationwide.

Detailed review of your much ballyhooed Raytheon patent shows this "array" described shares a single HPM energy source. Completely precluding any possibility whatsoever of what you describe as this would require the erection of extensive waveguide networks from the HPM source to the antennas all over town.
Vic has so little technical knowledge he does not understand that once power is converted by klystron, magnetron, gyrotron or other means into RF energy, it cannot be distributed by simple and compact electrical wires, but by complex and expensive waveguides-imagine pipes if you will. Waveguides all over every town in America, each larger than any electrical wire you've ever seen.

No, I noticed that broken link as well and once I got to the patent site simply entered 7629918 in the URL window of my browser in place of the old one.
However by that statement you've only succeeded in proving that you haven't the slightest idea what you are talking about on a technical level, nor have even read the Raytheon patent or understand its operation.
The system you repeatedly reference utilizes a single HPM source which is then distributed as RF energy through multiple phased array antennas.
This entirely precludes operation as you've described through multiple cell towers, as once power is turned into RF energy it must be routed through waveguides. Period. It is very significant if you understand that HPM or high power microwave sources are very large, very expensive, and require huge amounts of electricity and support systems (such as cooling) to operate. You aren't just hiding these things in a little box on a cell tower.

At some particular point along the way, the corruption defeats the "good people on the inside". At such a juncture, those good people cannot help you even if they desire to do so. They may actually start some process by which to give you aid or remedy, but too many of those who would stop, delay or redirect the process are in place. It's not always a matter of good versus evil at the point of time that I describe - because by then, there will be blended into the mix a large number of go-alongers who don't even think about what they are doing. Hitler's Germany had some "good people on the inside" -- they lost. In any case, one must ask oneself, "Today, where on the seemingly parallel path are we in America?" ... "Are we past the point of no return?"

In Germany, internal resistance proved to be futile ... and Hitler had to be taken down via outside forces. We are better than them, right? I hope so, but I'm not very sure. Thanks to the sodium fluoride, we have many more "go-alongers" in America now than what Germany did in the 30s and 40s. Hitler had managed only to fluoridate the ghetto areas of a few of the larger cities ... those that were considered to be the biggest hotbeds of discontent for him ... and even then it was only after he had already consolidated power anyway.

The stuff does'nt have the same impact on everybody at the same doses ... in a sense, it's a narcotic. Also, if you are predisposed to be rebellious, you can "fight through it". It makes people who are predisposed to "go along" even more likely to "go along". The Europeans do not fluoridate their water, and neither do the Chinese. There's a good reason, and it has to do with European twentieth century history.

The site to which I am directed (actually, RE-directed) via my internet account, I am convinced by compelling evidence zipping through the Firefox task bar, is a "spoofed" web page controlled by the computers of a rogue and unconstitutional government surveillance-censorship protocol. This regime apparently is being run out of the MAGLOCLEN / RissNet fusion center, perhaps by an "information systems" defense contractor who think it has carte blanche from a multi-agency cabal to conduct programs that violate the civil, constitutional and human rights of untold thousands of Americans -- maybe even a few million.

How do I know I was irradiated? Because the RF detector I now carry on my person at all times was going off constantly, like a Geiger counter in a uranium mine.
THESE FUSION CENTER OPERATIVES IRRADIATE AND TORTURE AMERICANS WHILE THEY ARE BEHIND THE WHEEL -- ENDANGERING ANYONE WHO'S TRAVELING IN VEHICLES OR WALKING ON FOOT NEAR THE ROADWAY.
My car is equipped with a "theft immobilization" system (which we did NOT order, by the way) that is GPS enabled. If this rogue operation merely wanted to track my comings and goings, it easily could access this system, since it is apparent that it has control of my car's theft immobilization functions -- which I learned last week at the Philadelphia International Airport, when this rogue operation apparently disabled my vehicle in what the spooks call a "psy op."
No, this human rights violating enterprise apparently was attacking me with the government's cell tower- based microwave/laser/radio frequency radiation directed energy weapon -- in effect, IMPAIRING ME while I was driving a vehicle.
This has happened many, many times. My wife often tells me that she becomes so fatigued behind the wheel that she must force herself to stay awake, even after a good night's sleep. She does want to believe it, but I believe she also is being targeted for silent torture and impairment by this heinous, genocidal torture matrix that the evidence indicates is run out of the nation's 70-some multi-agency fusion centers, under the aegis of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security -- the agency I believe is primarily responsible for a terror campaign directed at American citizens.

CONFLICT OF INTEREST? A citizen offers credible leads involving capital crimes against humanity, and that is the response?
Clearly, there is a need for a FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS INVESTIGATION OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AND ITS INVOLVEMENT IN COMMUNITY-BASED DOMESTIC TERRORISM / HARASSMENT IN BUCKS COUNTY, PA.
But is there a "conflict of interest" there, too -- since this multi-agency fusion center Gestapo is under the command of powerful and secretive federal agencies?
I have nothing to lose by raising these questions. This government-engineered Gestapo has ruined my career and damaged my health. The fusion center Gestapo MUST BE DISMANTLED. My life and my career already have been decimated by this apparatus. I will not stop trying to right this wrong as long as I am able to breathe.
I wouldn't be surprised if some forces are conspiring to permanently neutralize me -- as they did before, for four long, agonizing years. But now, it's "live free or die trying."

One paragraph has him claiming microwaves are raising his heart rate (what they actually do) the next has him repeating his off base claim they put him to sleep. He doesn't understand the first thing about biological effects of RF energy.
So what is it, Magoo, do cell tower microwaves elevate your heart rate or put you to sleep? Can't have it both ways.

WHY WHITE HOUSE / PENTAGON PRESS CORPS IS A.W.O.L. ON THE HOMELAND CELLULAR "TORTURE TOWERS" DOMESTIC WEAPON SYSTEM
The White House press corps has neutered itself -- or should I say, the news organizations who assign reporters to that post have neutered themselves -- by assigning malleable, establishmentarian subjects to that steno pool, drones who stick to the "story of the day" meme and rarely stray from the script.
Case in point: The U.S. government has installed in every neighborhood in America a microwave/laser/radio frequency "directed energy" weapon system, camouflaged in cell towers, that is being used 24/7 by operatives under the command and control of the Homeland-run multi-agency "fusion center" network to silently precision-target and attack "targeted individuals" with harmful, painful, debilitating and behavior-altering electromagnetic frequencies.
This veteran mainstream journalist broke this story last December. I have published the patent number that describes this powerful, scalar wave electromagnetic technology, a little-known science that produces vast amounts of energy from a vacuum state (U.S. Patent No. 7629918).
Not a single mainstream journalist has bothered to ask the White House, or the Pentagon, whether such a system has been deployed domestically, or about credible reports from victims all across America -- perhaps even some political leaders -- who are being targeted for microwave and other radio frequency irradiation.
Instead, it appears, they have bought into a campaign of Soviet gulag-style character assassination directed at journalists who report about the use of radio frequencies to harm and subjugate those deemed by security bureaucrats to be "dissidents" or undesirables -- and that could be anybody.
So here's a test: Surely some members of the White House or Pentagon press corps are reading this. Personally, I believe that NSLs (National security letters) are being counterfeited in large quantities in order to convince large numbers of solicited "operators" to engage in OS/GS operations work. The secrecy of these orders gives way to massive abuse levels. How many people really have the resources needed to ascertain their validity? Very few people have even the inclination to check them out. Thus, a Pandora's box has been opened - one that is in no mean sense perilous to our survival as a nation.

If the technology installed in cars these days can stop a car's engine dead in its tracks, does that mean that the US Gov-sponsored Community Gangstalking Perp-Contractors can stop the car of anyone while he or she is in the middle of speeding, rush-hour traffic?
