This woman convicted of stalking may have gone far beyond what she was told to do and was considered a danger to the overall program by her covert backers as a result. Who knows, the judge sentencing her may also have been protecting the program as well by rooting her out of it. Her well publicized punishment may have been a warning to other low level soldiers to stay in line and do only what you are told. Yet, I think that we are seeing the true Achilles heel of these pogroms--the people being used at the lowest level tend to be unstable and at times unpredictable. When you poison someone's mind with cruelty, hatred and deceit, you can't always control the result. I think the news media may have more interesting stories to give on this topic.

When I used to play street basketball, we had an expression: "self-check." Basically it meant that you did not have to play tight defense against an opponent because he was likely to commit errors that would cause his own team to lose anyway. The sort of player that dribbled the ball out-of-bounds, shot the ball over the backboard or got confused and passed the ball by mistake to a player on the opposing team. What I see on the street reminds of my days when I played street hoops. The best defense is to simply leave them alone . . . self-check . .

I speak to many of these folks. I start conversations quite easily. I must say that I have a great deal of sympathy for many of them. Most at the lowest level simply know nothing better. The vocabulary of violence is all they have known and it colors their entire world. It exerts control over them, instills fear in them, and narrows their view of the world and their fellow man. Above all, it has robbed them of respect for life and basic human rights.

I remember how Pediatrician Dr. Benjamin Spock gave parents permissive parenting advice that led to a generation of spoiled brats. He later admitted that his advice was mistaken. What results will a generation taught to believe in covert psychological warfare and the abuse of human rights in their own communities lead to?

MICROWAVE ATTACK AND COMMUNITY-BASED DOMESTIC TERRORISM ("PSY OPS") REPORT -- Wed.-Thurs., May 19-20, 2010

THEY WILL NOT STAND DOWN.  THEY WILL NOT CEASE AND DESIST.  THEIR MICROWAVE TORTURE -- THEIR CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY -- CONTINUES UNABATED, UNCHECKED.

For most of the day yesterday, and much of this morning, I have been laid low, weakened, suffering from induced fatigue, severe ringing in the ears, and head-in-a-vise pain --- symptoms I believe result from near-continuous irradiation with various microwave radio frequencies.  Last night, while sitting in my kitchen, my right ear began to burn and itch, and I suffered from intense ringing in the right ear, and diminished hearing.  High tones were virtually inaudible.   When I looked in a mirror, I saw that the right ear had turned beet-red, while my left ear remained its normal flesh color.  These are clear symptoms of directed energy microwave irradiation.

Yesterday, at about 10 a.m., all power to my house was cut off.  This occurred just after I had posted a comment to a political blog which contained a link to my article exposing the government's cell tower- based microwave/laser radio frequency weapon and its usage against American citizens.  I called the utility company to report the outage.  An hour or so later, I called again to check on the status of the outage.  This time, I got a tape recorded message which referred to "tree trimming" in my neighborhood. I neither saw nor heard any tree trimming at that time.

Power was restored around noontime.  Later that afternoon, about 4 p.m., I was driving down the street and I noticed a tree company's truck parked about two doors down, with a utility company truck parked nearby.  A crew of about five men was sitting on the grass.  No work was in progress.

Then, shortly after 7 p.m., as daylight began to fade, the power suddenly went out again.  I looked out the window and saw some men standing around some trees in the backyard.  I thought it was odd that this crew did not commence their work earlier.  This apparent utility company "kabuki theater" has happened to me before -- sudden power outages that seem to affect only my home and perhaps a handful of other houses, followed by a rapid dispatch of a utility crew.  I called in the outage, but added, after the recorded instructions, "This looks like more community-based harassment, because it's nearly dark and (the utility company) doesn't usually do this kind of work after hours unless it's a real emergency."

I went outside, approached one of the men and said, "Is this how (the utility company) is saving money for its customers -- by doing tree work after hours, on overtime?"  The man said something about downed limbs as a result of a recent storm.  I said to him, "Look, (the utility company) doesn't do routine tree work after hours, cutting off people's power in the evening.  This looks like community-based harassment.  Our police chief knows all about it.  And since you're just following orders, I will give you fifteen minutes before I call him."

Suddenly, another man, wearing a utility company helmet, emerged from the brush and ordered the crew, "Let's go."  The men marched quickly to their vehicles.  As they did, I shouted to the guy in the utility helmet, "And turn my G-D power back on!"

Moments later, I re-entered my house.  The power already was back on.

I make this report to Project Geneva without further comment.

Or - on the other hand, did she try to reveal her manipulators but found - much to her chagrin - that their tenuous and multi-layered management personalities of her controllers all tied back to no identifiable person?  A lesson they all learn when the rotten little plans run too far amuck?

That women convicted of stalking may well now be a victim of the covert system she once supported. Life becomes very cheap to these people. I was on a bus commuting to work one day, and one of the gang stalkers, an older male, was hit by a car running across the street to get in place for a bit of "street theater." Some of the other gang stalkers got on the bus and started joking amongst themselves about their fallen comrade. "One thing for sure," joked one young woman, "he never let go of his cellphone." Like paid mercenaries, they have a "just as long as it is not me." attitude.

Around mid-point when I was still mostly functional, I had gone to an attorney's office in Stamford, Connecticut.  I found his info on line.  I did not call.  I was testing the stalking situation.  I arrived there, unannounced.  Outside, directly across from the office building, were two men in orange police vests at a utility "thing" (big hole in the ground).  Up the street was another police office in a regular uniform.  Inside I asked the receptionist if I could meet with the attorney.  She made a call and said yes.  This was followed by another woman who came from the rear of the building.  I believe her name was Donna.  She asked me to wait in a conference room off the lobby.  When Donna (?)  returned I was advised that the attorney could no longer see me.  I had an envelope with me (with my top secret time line).  She asked if I would like to give this to the attorney.  I mentioned the DOJ and she said "yes, that's right".  This response did not make sense within the context of the whole.  I declined the offer to give it to her.  I wasn't sure which statement was correct.  Was she DOJ or was she going to give it to the attorney.  No identification was presented. 

In my situation, the situation of three or more police being around was becoming common place.  It was also not exactly "normal".  I was in observation mode.  Before leaving I went to the receptionist's desk, I wanted to use the lady's room.  Donna and the receptionist appeared to be engaged in conversation.  Donna actually stated to the receptionist that she should not look at me.  I ignored her, asked the receptionist for the lady's room and was given a key.

Outside, this was often repeated after this initial situation, were an Asian/White couple walking toward my direction.  I was asked by one of the "men in orange police vests" if everything went okay.  I nodded and returned to my car.  In front of me was a white van (also often repeated) and from one of the parking garages came one or two women with strollers.  Quilt and shame are techniques used in psychological harassment and manipulation.  These techniques are combined with all the other strategies to disable the target and in my case hinder prosecution aka obstruction of justice.  Women with strollers are also indicated as perps?

As previously posted, I've had many diverted phone calls.  I also started to send my communications by Certified Mail.  It is interesting to note that in one situation I was told by a postal clerk that I COULD NOT send a letter without RRR.  This is not correct and I had actually discussed this with an X-friend who is an attorney.  After this situation and combined with other abnormal situations, I made a badge and started tape recording many of these types of encounters.  This particular letter was addressed to a neighbor who I believe was an anchor.  This letter was not accepted/received by the neighbor.  In retrospect and in conjunction with the whole, it is clear that this was to eliminate the accumulation of "hard" evidence.  There was also a focus on my "taking pictures" early on.  I did not stop this activity, in spite of pressure in this direction.

Here's something interesting:  I aggressively "outed" batvette, aka John in San Diego, a couple of days ago on the Google Groups FFCHS Daily Harassment forum, and he seems to have disappeared from both this forum, and that one also.  I haven't check his million other "assignment forums."  I outed another Perpetrator on another forum a long time ago, and she also disappeared for a couple of days.  Her name is Barbara Bassett from Sacramento, aka "zabadu," and, like so many other of these government-sponsored bloggers, she is on like HUNDREDS of forums.  She was a serious freak, and identical in almost every way to every other Perpetrator out there.  The rage, the aggression, the name-calling, the profanity.  Sitting on their mediocre asses all day, cyber mobbing innocent, intelligent, creative people with a high moral code.  Internet Perps love to use their real names, to create the illusion they are transparent and honest, but they are the only ones who do that, and that should be a DEAD GIVEAWAY to any real TI.  Real people, who may be targeted or just cautious, DO NOT use their real names, to PROTECT themselves.  Perpetrators have nothing to lose since the government is protecting them, at least that's what THEY think.  SUCKAS!!

Vic, I'll tell you what's to fear by writing one's name . . .  More of the same from a wider circle of anonymous vigilantes (although, frankly, most of these low lifes probably don't bother to read the Internet, they're too busy snarling and snipping at victims of the US Gulag). I don't use my name, although I'm sure the computer-perps have my computer and emails completely in their control -- in "catch and release" mode.  TargetedinSanDiego sounds real to me. Once recently someone, probably Batvette, wrote something under Targeted's name, but it didn't sound like Targeted, so I think someone "sandbagged" Targeted with spurious observations.

Re: "Catch and release mode"  -- one of my comments on Now Public took twenty minutes to appear.  I sat at the keyboard and refreshed the browser every few minutes to ascertain this as a true statement.  I doubt that NP's servers are that slow, and Vic wouldn't have the power to slow comments - unless he's really the insider according to Batvette claims ....

On this PAC-MAN 30th Anniversary Day, I thought it would be appropriate to provide TI's with a power pellet. This power pellet ultimately reveals the black-ops in progress by Scrivener and his ghost monsters in this pac-maze of disinfo.

In a typical Scrivener post dated 13:46 on May 20th, 2010, Scrivener verbally assaults an anonymous poster and closes with the following remark:

"Have a nice day and try harder to act human. The good people on the inside are watching." *

Indeed this power pellet finally reveals that Scrivener and company are working closely with an extra-judicial team of Blinkys, Pinkys, Inkys and Clydes who watch, intimidate, persecute and illegally punish each and every TI.
