Vic is for real and is an American hero. And, badexperiment, I won't excessively hair-split over who's doing the torture anymore -- whether the "US Gov" or "rogue elements of M-I complex." Bottom line is that we TIs have been thrown into a Torture Matrix. The Military boys have designed an electronic Gulag Archipelago across Amerika, and some Amerikans are making Big "defense contractor" Dollars out of militarizing the Homeland and staffing the Gulag with gangstalking guards from the ethnic minorities.  Way to go, Team Amerika!

THE MAGLOCLEN / RISSNET FUSION CENTER GESTAPO CONTINUES TO USE THE GOVERNMENT'S CELL TOWER- BASED MICROWAVE LASER DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPON SYSTEM TO SILENTLY TORTURE, IMPAIR AND SLOW-KILL AMERICAN CITIZENS.

At 4:10 p.m., after about an hour of a gradually building headache and a feeling of malaise and disorientation, the amplitude was turned up and my head began aching with that head-in-a-vise feeling.  The crown of my head is literally burning up; I can feel the heat with my hand.

THESE CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY CONTINUE UNABATED.

WHERE IS THE RULE OF LAW?  WHERE IS THE HUMANITY?

If I call the police, the "M.O." calls for the locals to issue a "302" and have the complainant citizen declared mentally ill.  So victims continue to suffer in silence...

EVEN THOUGH LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT IN THIS TOWNSHIP IS AWARE OF THIS INSTRUMENT OF TORTURE... AND FAILS TO INTERCEDE ON BEHALF OF THIS CITIZEN.

The rule of law has broken down in Bucks County, PA, home of the MAGLOCLEN / RISSNET fusion center that covers most of the Mid-Atlantic states -- a criminal Gestapo apparatus posing as a law enforcement agency.

Only after I write these reports do I get relief from this torture -- UNTIL LATER, USUALLY AFTER 5 P.M., WHEN THE TORTURE RESUMES... AND CONTINUES ALL NIGHT AS I SLEEP.

I learned from Vic about the silent weapons they are using. Suddenly it all made sense -- waking at 2:30 pm with intense pain in my left knee. I suspect that they also have something emitting nasty stuff installed in my car to the left of the steering wheel at knee level.    They have filled the houses on my short street with two sorts of gangstalker:  1) the "ex"-military Perps (skin heads, thug faces, stiff spines and their perp-wives) who purchase their homes; and 2) minorities, some of whom purchase their homes and some of whom rent. If the homes are rentals, I have a constant parade of new "perps" to deal with.  Just one regular exercise: they all run outside and pretend to examine the interiors of their cars whenever I exit or return home. The street suddenly resembles a Hieryonmous Bosch painting.            Did the military Perps get a discount on the price of their homes by having access to special loans from Big Brother using my tax dollars?  Are the rental home owners getting all those improvements to their sidewalks, fences, and roofs from Big Brother using my tax dollars? Does Big Brother buy the houses on my street with my tax dollars and then re-sell them to their Most Favored Gangstalkers? Is Big Brother driving the price of my home down with their covert discounts on the purchase price of homes on my street?  Are the transient residents of all the rented homes getting free rent -- paid by Big Brother? 

Sounds like a project for Obama's 15,000 new IRS hires to me -- investigating the Perps' incomes and hidden benefits. Surely their use of various vehicles on "loan" and the reimbursement of their gas is a benefit that ought to be reported on their taxes. After all, in the days before the Mafia wore badges, the IRS used tax fraud to bring down Al Capone -- it's time for the IRS to bring down the Gangstalking Brotherhood. (Yes, I'm being a bit facetious about a very not funny subject.)

Someone, some American hero needs to tell these people that contrary to popular opinion tin foil does indeed deflect microwaves - so for gosh sakes make some hats people.

Unfortunately tin foil doesn't work on whatever it is they are actually using.

Batvette's remark: "Why are you looking at all your neighbors with such idiotic unfounded paranoia?" is the essence of what the Perps' Matrix is designed to do to TIs -- dismiss them as "paranoid."  A sophisticated Torture Matrix designed by US Government's Psychology-Perps sensitizes targets to certain "normal" signals. Primary among the signals in my area: cellphone to head; dogwalking, exits and entries of persons and vehicles that are "timed" to the TIs' movements. All TIs know this. So gotcha, Batvette. Your remark proves to all TIs that you are a computer-perp and not one of us (if anyone needed more proof). The foot soldier-gangstalkers, even their managers, only know their little piece of what is being done to  the TIs -- and do not see the full results of the Big Torture Matrix, which has many levels of evil operating simultaneously. Hey Batvette, try getting out of your job...see what happens to you.

Sorry everyone.  I just can't stay here with the endless round-and-round.  It's so obvious that you are being paid to dis- and re-direct any real victims using the most elaborate and dramatic methods.  Ciao "pazzesco."

Targeted, Ah, So you were just a more sophisticated version of Batvette's attempts to discredit the comments, after all. You just had to visit long enough to lend the neophytes a hand by talking a credible spiel, raising hopes, then dropping the bomb of ridicule and insult on the TIs. This US Gov Torture Matrix is a moral cancer eating our nation from within.

You're still a hero, albeit a beleaguered one. I take courage from your refusal to give in.

The Perps create a hostile environment, so that we TIs find it difficult to distinguish friend from foe. They sensitize us to their various "street theaters," psyops, and deceptions and then watch as we regard everything that happens to us with disbelief and apprehension. That is what they want . . . for TIs to feel constant fear and suspicion of their fellows. They want to poison our environment, emotionally and physically. When I discovered the website 'torturedinamerica.org' I was pleased -- it is a site that, like nowpublic/scrivener, seems to be elucidating the tactics and origins of this Torture Matrix. . .-- but then the author of torturedinamerica began recommending "passivity" to TIs...and my doubts began. He wants us to "ignore" what is happening, he says, for our health, but I want recommendations on how to wake up the stalkers to some of the cruelty they're inflicting. The author of 'torturedinamerica' wants us to sign a petition to a senator. And my suspicion starts -- is the senator just a false recipient paid by the Perps to accept the petition and make the TIs think that they are being helped. . . 

The human mind is an amazing creation. Like the human body, what you feed it is what it becomes. Give the mind a steady diet of fear, suspicion, hatred, anger and that is what the person becomes. We are facing the development of a covert weapons system that attacks our thinking, our mind. Therefore, the victim must decide what messages get through and are acted upon, and what messages are rejected. Too much of the online discussion of 'gang stalking" and psychological attacks ignores the fact that the mind can to a large degree be trained and "hardened" against such invasive attacks. We can decide how to respond to our environment. 

We can learn much from those who successfully endured the Nazi concentration camps. Viktor E. Frankl served as a psychiatrist in government clinics and hospitals in Vienna during the 1920-30’s. However, in 1942, along with his wife and parents, he was sentenced to hard labor in Theresienstadt concentration camp. “Though assigned to ordinary labor details until the last few weeks of the war, Frankl tried to cure fellow prisoners from despondency and prevent suicide.” Since it was forbidden to actively intervene in a suicide attempt, such activity had to be both preventative and clandestine. He secretly worked with inmates after long days spent in manual labor. His wife and parents died in the concentration camps. Frankl acknowledges that his spirituality and selfless efforts to help others protected his own mental health and allowed him to quickly adjust when released from the camp at the end of the war. In the post war years Frankl published more than 32 books including the highly regarded Man’s Search for Meaning. He served as a professor of neurology and psychiatry.

Even online, those we associate with have much to do with our attitude. Some choose to develop a healthy mental outlook, and do not allow their environment to poison their healthy concern for others and determination to do good. Some complain endlessly and are quick to tear down others who suffer, offering little encouragement or comfort. Which type of person will help you in your struggle? Which type of person will you choose to be? That mental attitude often spells the difference between survival and defeat. 

In the battle for the mind it is your response that spells the difference between victory and defeat. Your greatest enemy or ally is your own thinking. It can help you to win the battle on a daily basis, or, foolishly convince you that others must win your battles for you. Few of us, as individuals, have the power or privilege of quickly reversing government policies that lead to the injustices we suffer. Seeking justice is often a long, bitter and frustrating road that may extend beyond our lifetime. However, it is not what your enemies do that determines the outcome of your life, it is what you do. You can choose your response to the challenges you face on a daily basis. Your choice determines, to a large degree, your survival and success.

I drag my feet in mentioning this, Vic, but your statement "And so those who would deny the basic human rights of man are doomed to fail in their mission of domination and conquest" is about as religious a statement as you can make. It paraphrases a basic tenet of Christian belief -- that Our Creator has "won" the battle over evil already and that we Christians must have faith in that. You are a believer in good over evil -- a religious belief -- no matter your sensitivity to the extremist bible-thumpers who seemed, in some cases, to have been conned into participating in this Torture Matrix.          And, thanks, badexperiment, for your ruminations; I read Frankl long ago, but I'd let myself forget that, ultimately, we "choose."   It's hard for me to digest the reality of this Torture Matrix, because I never thought that my own country would gleefully embrace the same abuses of "human rights" that we for years criticized in other countries, such as those that occurred in the Soviet Union and, retrospectively, in Nazi Germany.  I never thought that we would establish virtual concentration camps for Americans with, as Vic puts it, "frat Nazi boys" as guards using computers, GPSs, satellites, invisible weapons, and storm trooper-local police to torture, maim, and defame Americans. Why I thought America would be exempt from the world's timeless evils, I don't know -- I guess I swallowed the simplified US media propaganda  about the "other guy" -- the nonAmerican -- always being the "bad guy."  I really believed that Americans "stood" for a set of principles.         Those TIs who "get through to your website," Vic, are, evidently, not only the frat-boy computer-perps but also those whom the mindcontrollers wish to study more closely -- the ones who are resisting. That's only my guess. They may even be afraid of us . . . we hold up a mirror to their souls.

TI, you made an excellent point that they "want to study those who are resisting more closely." I am convinced that the fact that I have not died, committed suicide, reacted violently or destroyed myself has made me a subject of very careful scrutiny. I cannot see any other reason why my covert persecution would last close to 13 years in spite of my being a good citizen. They are spending too much money and resources on someone who is not a danger to anyone. It is my integrity that makes me an annoying little rock on their smooth road. 

There is a research program currently at Cambridge University in Britain (funded by an American think tank and foundation) that is studying why religious faith (of all kinds) enables a person to develop such a high resistance to pain (as in torture). They are seeking a way to disable faith in the brain. Religion is the last boundary to complete worship of the state. Keep in mind that Hitler viewed himself as an object of worship. The Nazi salutation "Heil Hitler" literally means "Salvation Belongs To Hitler." That was literally an expression of religious faith in Hitler, viewing him as a source of salvation. Jehovah's Witnesses were the only group in Germany that refused to say the "Heil Hitler" salutation. They viewed God as the only source of salvation. Hitler personally swore to exterminate the Witnesses for that reason. Needless to say, he failed.

I respect the law and government. However, true Christianity has always equipped its followers to expect and survive adversity. It has also taught me to respect the government I live under in spite of its failings, while remaining politically neutral. Having an absolute confidence in a Supreme power makes it easier for me to cope when the highest human authority in my life acts unjustly. It protects me from complete despair. However, for someone who puts their faith in human government, it will be emotionally devastating when that power becomes the source of their suffering. They have no higher power in which to seek comfort and guidance. Rather than waiting for some good elements within government to turn matters around, I am prepared to accept the fact that this is what government in western civilization has indeed become. In fact, what is happening now on the world scene is an amazingly accurate fulfillment of Bible prophecy.

Military thinkers are coming to the realization that gaining control over the thinking of masses of people is preferable to killing them. From my research, this is the new cold war, developing psychological weaponry, techniques and propaganda that captures minds both domestically and abroad. I respect my government and give it relative subjection as a good citizen. However, my absolute loyalty, and hence, the motivation behind my thinking, lies with God. That makes me a good neighbor and citizen. It also, it seems, has made me an oddity, subject to twelve years of covert torture.

Thank you, badexperiment. Vic, take heart. You have your path, too, and you walk it well. You are a beacon.
