I know quite well that this can be done on streaming online radio stations (I don't watch much TV). You can be listening to a station and a stream of songs is injected that is intended as a form of subtle psychological harassment. In some cases, the songs are bad copies of popular hits by no-name singers with the lyrics changed in a way intended to elicit a psychological response. Its torture with a beat . . .

Battyvette can cheerily list all the ways that the gangstalkers torture victims, because the Torture Matrix WANTS the victims to know what is happening to them.  That is part of the torture --- the attacks are constant but almost invisible to those who haven't been subjected to these attacks. What we TIs never seem to find on the Internet are suggestions about making the Gangstalkers uncomfortable and avoiding their tricks.  (They really hate having their picture taken, since they fear having itappear on the Internet, the way that Norma Lawrence caught her torturers on tape.)     And by the way, Vic, it seems clear to me that badexperiment is the real deal.    My food has been contaminated -- they know my routines, including when I go to the local grocery store. I got a contaminated cup of Starbucks coffee, when the Perps inserted one of their "own" at the counter. The Perps are letting a couple genuine TIs through to nowpublic -- jprobably merely to season the thread or collect info on the TIs they are letting through (since the Perps filter our comments and collect our IP addresses).

THEY WILL NOT CEASE AND DESIST.  THEY WILL NOT STAND DOWN.  THE MAGLOCLEN / RISSNET MID-ATLANTIC STATES FUSION CENTER WAR CRIMINALS AND THEIR AFFILIATED 'PARTNERS' CONTINUE THEIR CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY AND THE CONSTITUTION.

At this moment, I am under attack by the U.S. government's cell tower- mounted microwave laser radio frequency directed energy weapon system -- a continuous stream of radio frequency irradiation that is causing a severe, pounding headache, making it difficult, close to impossible, to function normally and think clearly.

The government Dr. Strangeloves who created this weapon system for the express purpose of impairing and "entraining" human beings have boasted in various articles and military journals that this "less than lethal" weapon can disarm "the enemy" by the induction of confusion and neurological disorientation. 

Make no mistake -- THIS IS TORTURE.  THIS IS FELONIOUS ASSAULT.   THIS IS GOVERNMENT DENIAL OF THE MOST BASIC OF HUMAN RIGHTS -- THE RIGHT TO FREE WILL, THE RIGHT TO BE FREE OF EXTERNAL MANIPULATION OF PHYSICAL AND NEUROLOGICAL PROCESSES.

Bucks County officials, as "hosts" of the MAGLOCLEN fusion center apparatus, have failed to fairly and equally enforce the law.  They have failed to intervene on behalf of citizens who continue to be harmed by this criminal operation posing as a law enforcement agency.  They KNOW this organization coordinates operations against so-called "targeted individuals" -- and apparently, they sign off on electromagnetic torture, assault and impairment as a "tool" of social control.

BUCKS COUNTY OFFICIALS, BY THEIR ACQUIESCENCE AND THEIR REFUSAL TO INVESTIGATE CITIZEN COMPLAINTS, ARE COMPLICIT AND EQUALLY GUILTY OF CRIMES AGAINST HUMANITY AND THE CONSTITUTION.

On Monday, May 31, I was assaulted by microwave attack while driving in my car in Belmar, NJ.  As I approached the intersection of 16th Avenue and the ocean drive parallel to the beach, a local police officer who was directing traffic reached to his belt and pointed what appeared to be a hand-held electromagnetic weapon at my vehicle.  At that moment, I felt a three-second, intense and penetrating head pain.

THE MAGLOCLEN TORTURERS HAD ACCESS TO A GPS DEVICE INSIDE MY VEHICLE, AND TO COORDINATES SUPPLIED BY A LIVE CELLPHONE.  THEY DO NOT REQUIRE A LOCAL POLICE OFFICER TO 'PAINT THE TARGET' WITH AN INFRARED LASER DEVICE...

...BUT IT APPEARS THAT THIS MAGLOCLEN GESTAPO PURPOSELY INVOLVES LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT IN THIS ATTACKS AGAINST CIVILIANS SO THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ATTACK CAN BE DEFLECTED TO LOCAL POLICE...

When will local law enforcement realize they are being duped into committing crimes against humanity and the Constitution?

When will local law enforcement uphold the rule of law,  instead of surrendering their authority and their integrity to a criminal shadow government being run out of the nation's 70-some Homeland- administered fusion centers?

When will the naive, possibly entrained, Obama White House get a grip on a rogue American bureaucracy that is mounting what amounts to a silent coup that has wrested power from the nation's elected officials?

Vic, Listing what the Torture Matrix does does instill fear -- but this Matrix is a fearful thing. Hate to tell you this, Vic, but Jews and liberal journalists aren't the only targets. I'm Christian and Conservative. And I'm a target. It's not just a matter of cellphone towers, it is a many-layered torture and murder fruitcake run by US Gov psychopaths. The glamor of the US Gov Badge has elicited -- pathetically easily it seems -- the "buy-in" of tons of businesses who let the Perps use their trucks and pose as their drivers:  pizza companies, cab companies, bottled water companies, phone companies, utility companies, the US Post Office, other mail companies. Doctors and dentists are contacted. Hospitals are filled with their nurses and orderlies. Stores, malls. Restaurants "thrill" to let these Perps run in and "act" as your waiter. (Suddenly they are part of being in a movie!)  All these businesses have at some time over the past nine years participated in my stalking. There are many layers of stalking. They increase in severity and can be combined in various phases.  In one layer, they contact your employers with false insinuations. They use their 24/7 surveillance capability to inflict annoyances such as getting the police to issue speeding tickets, expired inspection sticker fines, etc.  At another layer, these so-called adults participate in elaborate false "street theater" --  you have been asked by your coworker to meet for coffee, when you realize that the thug-man at the next table is smirking -- they have put your coworker up to the talk. They contact the county government and local police who find outlandish codes and regulations to hound you with. Sounds childish?  It is. But people see the US badge and are thrilled to be involved in their own tv mini-series.  The constant harassment is calculated to make you see the ugly side of your fellow man and prevent you from seeking friendship. It is calculated to isolate and humiliate you.  Me. I'm just ashamed of my country. I thought it really was the city on the hill.

Vic, I understand your fears about empathetic postings, and I speculate that they let me through because they are letting me spill my guts to their future, stalking advantage.  You are my hero. I don't know what can be done to stop this. It is huge. I suspect many people know it is wrong on the inside, but this is HUGE and many Big Poohbahs' reputations are at risk, if this is exposed, and many, many Defense Contractors and their mentors are making lots and lots of money running this Torture Network in America. It is the logical, psychopathic outgrowth, as far as I can tell, of Cointelpro on Steroids.

Here is a scenario I witnessed in my local McDonalds today. Take it for what it is worth. I would love to know if others have had similar experiences.

I asked for a frappucino with my meal (a frozen iced coffee drink). My cashier went to the frappucino drink dispenser, pulled out a cup, put it under the spigot and presto! Just the right amount if iced frappucino drink filled the cup. She then added the whipped cream and caramel sauce on top. At just that moment, the "Manager" came by, took the prepared drink the cashier made for me, and put it off to the side. She took a large (seemingly empty) glass pitcher, set it under the spigot, and filled it with a medium size drink amount of iced frappucino. She then took a fresh medium sized cup and transferred the frappucino from the glass pitcher to the cup, and motioned that it be given to me by the cashier. The cashier told the manager that I had ordered a large size, not a medium. So the manager then took a large size cup, emptied the contents of the medium size cup into it, and then filled it with more frappucino. The additional frappucino was also first dispensed into the pitcher and then transferred to the large cup until it was full.

I was not supposed to see this. Two people (evidently "gang stalkers") were doing their best to block my line of sight so that I could not see my beverage order being prepared. However, I was quite a bit taller than both of them and persistent. So I watched this entire rather odd way of making my frapuccino. I paid for it, made no fuss, and then threw it in the garbage.

Here is my question: I know that McDonalds, in the interest of efficiency has that drink dispenser set up so that you simply put an empty cup under the spigot, press the right button, and the exact amount of drink is inserted. This added step taken by the Manager of bringing over a glass pitcher, filling it with drink, and transferring it from the pitcher to my cup seems highly unusual. That same Manager, saw me studying this entire process. Evidently discerning my discomfort with this situation, she made the effort of walking by my seat twice while sipping on a frappucino. I was the only customer she personally "served," during my time in that McDonalds. Why? Was there a small amount of substance in that pitcher intended to taint my drink? I don't know. The fact that two people were standing close to the counter trying their best to block my vision makes it all the more unusual. The sheer oddity of it all was enough to make me throw away what I purchased without drinking it.

There are times when after eating certain foods in other restaurants, I have felt that something was affecting my nerves, like an extreme dose of caffeine. There may also be some muscle wasting effect from substances used to taint my food. Given that experience, I was not inclined to take any chances today.

Yes, badexperiment. That's exactly what the badged Perps do -- they co-opt the hospital orderlies, the McDonalds clerks, the grocery store clerks, the Target store clerks to play their roles in this Torture Matrix. The badged Perps prey upon the little people, the dispossessed of the earth who crave recognition. Some of these people, especially the ones who are immigrants, are fearful of refusing and just do what they're told. Some of them feel uncomfortable doing it -- they have more innate morality and integrity than the badged Perps bossing them around. Other immigrants are delighted to be part of "Team Amerika."  Almost every restaurant I've visited, during some phases of my persecution, immediately cooperated in letting the Perps pose as my waiter. Their tricks are so low that one has difficult stooping to the mentality that allows one to anticipate their actions. Mostly, they count on us victims not making a scene. The Cointelpro on Steroids is a Satanic inversion of everything America says it stands for.
