Where did you hear that? I've heard TI's comprise about 1% of the population. In the U.S. that would be about 3 million people.

And I often wonder where they are too, because it seems that there are only a couple hundred from the number of people discussing this on the internet. Of course many of them may not have access to the internet but still it does seem something is askew in those statistics.

So, it seems that the number of TI's is far, far less than what some of us were led to believe. I think that TI's numbering in the millions is pure bullshyte. And I also think that's a revealing bit of information.

I once saw a Wendy's clerk holding a bottle with an eyedropper in it after I made an order in the drive-thru and was leaving with my food. She was laughing and waving the bottle. It didn't register, because I became physically sick and mentally paranoid for days after eating the food (duh - I should have thrown the food away - but I was really hungry). Was I poisoned by the Wendy's clerk? How would I prove it?

As far as targeting perps in businesses like McDonalds and Target - that is what the police do. They provide store personnel with lists and photos of "most wanted" perps like shoplifters, thieves, etc.

As far as targeting TI's, someone I know said that they only target "criminals" at stores, so Cointelpro-like targeting of TI's would have to be done way under the radar, if it is done at all.

Mr. Hmmm, let me play Vic for a moment. In your first post you suggest that I am delusional for believing that someone was possibly tampering with my food ordered in a fast food restaurant . . . Yet, in your second post you say the same thing happened to you in Wendys!!!  And then you say that the police do this but only to criminals like shoplifters and thieves . . . Hmmmmm

Well, there is the story of Jane Clift, who was put on a community notification list in England. She was described as a possible mental suspect, possibly dangerous, etc. - and she was not. Does this same thing routinely happen in America?

Jane Clift was not a criminal, however she was put in the same notification system as a criminal. From the story I read, it seemed to be a case of revenge against her by one of the Grand Poobahs in England.

Hey, wait a minute. I just replied to a post by badexperiment where he said something like "does making a valid food order make me a criminal?".

Then I came back to this page and that post is gone and replaced by a different one. Am I having a Vic moment?

I'm not the one using this issue as a soapbox for far-reaching societal problems, constitutional rights, etc. I am only trying to ascertain the identity of my "perps" and the reasons for my own extrajudicial punishment, and when I even get close a (feigned?) emotional tirade is posted by several posters claiming to be TI's.

1. Identify those with the ability to carry out some of the "harassment" described by TIs. (Criminal notification systems)

2. Are there similar notification and targeting systems in place that are used in businesses? (Criminal notification systems)

3. Are there confirmed reports of anything like this in the media? (Jane Clift)

4. What reasons other than criminality could there be for this type of targeting by the criminal notification and targeting system? (Mental illness/dangerous person).

5. Why was I never notified about being placed on a notification list, since my own targeting started long before bills like the "patriot act" were set in place?

Please accept my apologies "Hmmm" for misunderstanding your intent and statements. Your quest is certainly a valid one.

To my eye, the conditions we are undergoing now is only the prelude to wholesale acts of "justified" violence that may soon grip the world at large. Under the Nazi regime, the Jews were treated as outcasts and dehumanized first, conditioning the nation of Germany to accept their genocide as a" righteous" act of government. Hitler once made the following statement regarding the Jews in Germany:  "I shall judge the depth of people’s love for their country by the degree of hatred which they show this rabble." We may well be in the dehumanization phase of a something far larger. Those who participate in covert harassment today out of "love for country" will be primed to engage in bloodshed tomorrow. 

Personally, I am convinced that this is something too macabre for any human mind to invent or implement on such a vast scale. It affects much of the western world it seems. The propaganda machine is working overtime to indoctrinate a generation of young people into the cruel attitudes and lust for violence needed to control their thinking and attitudes. It adds a powerful logic to the Bible's statement that "the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one." - 1 John 5:19 In other words, we are being manipulated by evil forces far greater than ourselves. However, the Scriptures also points to a God sponsored solution that will finally remove all forms of oppression and sources of fear from the earth: "They will actually sit, each one under his vine and under his fig tree, and there will be no one making them tremble; for the very mouth of Jehovah of armies has spoken it.” - Micah 4:4 This is the solution I place my confidence in. 

THIS is your oppressor.  The Department of Justice is spending BILLIONS across the country on Community Organized Police - or COPS - as we speak.  They whitewash it all, so it looks very wholesome and upstanding, but the fact is, Community Organized Police are being trained - AT THE TAXPAYERS' EXPENSE - to persecute and destroy innocent, law-abiding citizens.  This is the biggest outrage I have ever seen in my life and I can't believe the taxpayers aren't revolting.  No wonder there is so much secrecy surrounding their real agenda.

The COPS Office was recently authorized to move forward with a FY 2010 Hiring Program that will award nearly $300 million to address the full-time sworn officer needs of state, local and tribal law enforcement agencies nationwide and to increase their capacity to participate in community policing. In FY 2010, COPS will select hiring program grantees from the existing pool of approximately 6,000 2009 COPS Hiring Recovery Program (CHRP) applications.

Meanwhile, police continue to protect and cover up for community vigilante goon squad stalkers, equipped with GPS devices that pick up signals from a beacon installed in my vehicle, or from cellphone signals.  This vigilante stalking is unremitting and occurs wherever I go. 

And there continue to be signs that my home is surreptitiously entered as we sleep, apparently by skilled intruders who are able to defeat door and window locks.

My police chief knows of this activity.  He indicated that to me in a personal conversation a year ago.  And yet he either cannot -- or will not -- stop this domestic terrorism.

My internet and telephonic communications continue to be subject to 24/7 surveillance, interception, and malicious tampering and censorship.  When the functions on my computer began to act erratically, with pages and cursors jumping about in apparent defiance of my keyboard commands -- and then the links went dead -- I attempted to report the malicious interference to the Verizon customer service line.  When I finally reached a human being, a serious of extremely loud and cascading beeps drowned out the conversation.  I remarked over the cacophany that my tormentors were providing a recording of their malicious psychological operations against this citizen.
