After I filed an attack report last night describing yesterday's heinous assaults, my government operative torturers upped the amplitude. Into the early morning, as I worked on the computer, I suffered a steady dizzying headache, high-pitched tones in the ears audible only to me, degraded hearing and vision, and an outbreak red skin rash and itchiness.

Yesterday, I discovered that the link to the Raytheon U.S. Patent No. #7629918 was HACKED, taking readers to an entirely different patent. It is interesting that a person who has cyber-stalked me for a year, a poster I suspect is a government-paid disinformation agent, recently posted comments questioning my sourcing for this invention. I believe the cyber-stalker, and the hacking of the link to the patent referenced above, represent a purposeful government campaign of libel and character assassination aimed at destroying my credibility.

Let me repeat -- this is a rogue bureaucracy, out of control, torturing, persecuting and gravely harming innocent but "targeted" American citizens -- and these official crimes against humanity MUST BE STOPPED BY THE GOOD PEOPLE ON THE INSIDE.

And now, the nation has a serious man-made environmental disaster with which to deal. It is remarkable that every time a revelation of government malfeasance and abuse of power starts to bubble to the surface, some huge news event occurs, diverting attention from the government scandal. Do I mean to say that the Gulf oil spill was made to happen on purpose? No -- but again, the timing does seem to be a convenient distraction from the serious matter of the U.S. government torturing and slow-killing its own people with a stealth microwave/radio frequency attack weapon sited right in their backyards.

I take my coffee black ...  creamer ruins the stuff.  While sipping my black coffee, I picked up some real interesting government-released information about anti-theft devices.  Soon, you may not have a choice about the issue ...World Trade Organization           Committee on Technical Barriers to TradeDept of Transport is proposing to amend Canadian Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (CMVSS) 114 ... the purpose of the proposed amendment requires that vehicles be equipped with anti-theft immobilization devices. ... a vehicle having a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of 4 536 kg or less must have an immobilization system installed that, at the choice of the manufacturer, meets ...   Naturally, the foregoing applies to Canada, but governments do like to mimic one another these days.   What the hell does this government document have to do with world trade !?

I'll ask the question that everybody else should be thinking.  Question:  Is the proposed legislation about preventing theft or about controlling the population on a draconian level?  

It doesn't take much imagination to envision how such an "instant wires" technology could also be used for surveillance.

I literally cannot leave the house without being assaulted by the litany of gang-stalker lies.  That's alright ... it only serves to harden my resolve ....

Interesting reading on the HSV technologies website. Tetanization certainly describes some of the painful effects that I have felt, effects arising from unknown and mysterious origins. I was beginning to think I had caught something from all the coughing going on around me...ahem...

Interesting to note that the HSV website states the reason for the need for a weapon such as this: "Not all suspects are dangerous criminals or terrorists".

No? well then, I guess if they are not criminals then they are basically there as sitting ducks for tetanizing target practice?

There are quite a few websites on the internet touting the virtues of Orgone Generators for combatting the effects from the cell phone towers. Some of the sites state that it is an "absoutely necessary to secret an orgone generator within 1300 feet of any (and all) cell phone towers in your immediate vicinity".

I'm skeptical about the Orgone, I've never experimented with Orgone Generators, maybe someone else out there has?

COULD A CLASSIFIED U.S. DOMESTIC WEAPON SYSTEM BE PLAYING A ROLE -- FOR GOOD OR FOR ILL -- IN THE GULF OIL SPILL DISASTER?

Do POTUS, VPOTUS, SecState, and other high administration officials, know that a "Multi-functional Microwave Radio Frequency Directed Energy Weapon System" deployed on cell towers across America, and in other nations as well, could play a role in the Gulf oil spill disaster...

This technology can ALTER THE WEATHER, ALTER ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS, ALTER WIND PATTERNS.

The U.S. Patent, held by Raytheon, a document that USED to be available at http://freepatentsonline.com/7629918.html states that this technology can be used to alter "atmospheric conditions."

Could this technology be used to "steer" the oil slick away from the shore -- or, TOWARD the shore? Or could such a prospect be unfathomable to those who view the world thru a rose-colored, naive lens?

This reporter just tried to access the patent, and got a message that is was "not currently available."

Why is that patent not available? Is there a cover-up afoot? Of WHAT?

Someone in the White House should be addressing this, STAT.

The victims are not only the TIs. Community stalking is real.

I do not plan to divulge my personal experiences as a recipient of community harassment, but I can tell you that it would be very easy for anyone to completely expose it if they wanted to. Very easy.

I have just received this message in a blue, official-looking box on the "Poynter Online" Facebook page, run by one of the premiere journalism institutions in the nation:

Since it is Saturday afternoon just after 2 p.m., I seriously doubt anyone at Poynter or even Facebook is reading EVERY comment that I or any other user is making at this particular time.

I would bet my house that this is yet another blatant example of U.S. government real-time, "spoofed" or faked web page CENSORSHIP, a rogue warrantless surveillance and censorship regime apparently being run out of the nation's 70-some Homeland Security multi-agency "fusion centers" -- using "information systems" defense contractors as the front-line censors of what amounts to an American Gestapo.

What was the comment that sparked this reaction? Here it is, in response to a Poynter editor's suggestion that journalists come up with story ideas by visiting local lost-and-found departments:

Interesting.  I don't recall saying anything about trying to take the picture of the guy with Jersey plates whom I am sure was stalking me that night....  Yeah, I got his plate number, and I still have it.  Where's the law that says you can't get the plate number of someone who appears to be stalking you?

Hey  -- you claim to be a "T.I."  (What a joke.)  That's what the stalkers do -- try to precipitate something that rogue cops can use as an excuse to assault and torture an older Jewish guy. 

To recap, I was assaulted, slammed down face-first on the trunk of my car, causing pain and terror, handcuffed so tightly that I had bruises for more than a week,  put in a dark squad car for 15-20 minutes, handcuffed, in a stress position with no room for my legs or arms, and then imprisoned in a holding cell, with NO PROBABLE CAUSE FOR AN ARREST OR AN INCARCERATION. 

That's what they do in that township for sport, it seems.  They are lucky I haven't sued them, and I still might.  This was a police assault, false arrest and false imprisonment, and may even have been a hate crime.

I would recommend that no person who looks Jewish (or black or Hispanic) shop or visit attractions in Falls Township, Bucks County, PA, where rogue cops may pull you over for no justifiable reason and assault and jail you -- and get away with it, because of a Bucks County, PA DA's office that refuses to investigate a citizen's complaint of police brutality and misconduct.

And yes, I hope the feds act on my complaint to them, about this incident and many other incidents of persecution that NO BUCKS COUNTY AUTHORITY WOULD INVESTIGATE.

It may well be that we are seeing a seismic shift in the desired results of any form of investigation or harassment by government(s) in the so-called western culture. The newly preferred outcome is not a day in court or arrest, but rather the demise of the targeted individual by suicide, heart attack, stroke or other seemingly self-induced causes of death. Building cases based on evidence is hard work and requires smart people and adherence to law. It is so much easier to pin a crime on a dead "person of interest" by slander. You can train 5-year-olds to participate in a mob administered psychological stalking routine that drives a person to suicide. No high school diploma required here. You could have private companies hire low wage, community based "security" groups to do the dirty work. You could even use "make work" programs for those on public assistance or fresh out of prison to do street level stalking! The covert torture technology is becoming cheaper and is virtually untraceable. You can setup a typical laptop to automatically administer the torture and monitor survelliance-one person could monitor scores of individuals as they are sleep deprived every night. I can understand why this is so appealing to covert agencies with a military "win at any cost" mindset, no genuine concern for justice, and disdain for basic human rights. 

In addition, superhero movies and horror movies that glorify torture and extreme vigilante style violence are the propaganda vehicles that prime young minds to participate in state sponsored covert torture campaigns. These movies are the real schools of "higher education' for the masses. An entire generation is being primed for violent days under the iron hand of government(s).  The world that Hitler, Goebbels and Mengele previewed is about to become a reality. God must step in to save us from ourselves.

Laptops can DIRECT the torture -- via the government's cell tower- based multi-functional radio frequency directed energy weapon system, deployed everywhere -- but the laptop itself is not the source of the torture and impairment.

Could it be a mobile control console, or a targeting device if equipped with Wi-Fi, 3-4G or GPS?  Most certainly.

The true horror and folly is that this government has installed cellular torture towers, a super-weapon system, in every residential and rural neighborhood and hamlet in America, and is using it to silently, torture, impair, subjugate, entrain -- and yes, SLOW KILL -- unjustly "targeted" Americans and their families.

In other words, a genocide.

Scrivener, I do not judge you, and in no way discount your experiences and trials. But can we at least agree that every person targeted by these injustices may not have the same experiences as you? Evidently, a number of covert torture and surveillance technologies are being refined concurrently. They may not be using the same weapons systems on all of their victims. Just because our experience and way of expressing ourselves is different from yours does not mean that we are your enemy. I wish I had your skills and experience as a journalist. You have an excellent opportunity to be a compelling national voice on this topic. However, the sniping and putdowns of others whose pain may be just as genuine as yours may well discourage anyone "on the inside" from taking up your cause. It may be that in more densely populated urban areas, such as my community, they may employ more portable torture technology given the ease with which they can secure an adjacent apartment or home.

The whole "they're doing it from the next apartment (or house)" may be true in terms of laser targeting devices.  It's likely there are portable gizmos out there to use when the heat is on the centcom of regional torture, stalking and financial sabotage, the criminal fusion center network.

I believe I saw such a portable directed energy weapon in the back of a hatchback driven by a young stalker type.  It looked like an assault rifle on a short tripod.  But could I swear that's what it was?  No.  IT could have been a plastic decoy, part of the psy ops.  OR maybe it WAS an assault rifle.

I wouldn't be surprised if neighbors have allowed the government-enabled, police-protected goon squads to install laser targeting devices that facilitate attacks by the very efficient, very ubiquitous, and, apparently, the very "franchised out" cell tower- based microwave/laser radio frequency directed energy weapon system -- in EVERY neighborhood in America, including and especially the most densely populated neighborhoods where the poor, minorities and the "pushy" intellectuals live.

Better come up with some fresh angles for your psy op, "bad experiment."  Damning me with faint praise does not enhance the credibility of your disinfo op.  That Raytheon patent describes to a "T" the deployed system, and that fact doesn't help your argument.  Nor does "batvette's" quoting another patent to which my readers were fraudulently directed when the link to U.S. Patent No. 7629918 was hacked (by a disinfo agent with the motive, means and opportunity).

When will Team Obama get a grip on a rogue bureaucracy, instead of scolding those who dare to criticize the government?   What's his explanation for all those sores, moles, bald streaks, weight loss, fatigue, pounding headaches and a feeling of malaise in the White House?  

Or has that all gone away with his compliance?  I bet David Axelrod is wondering about this, if the thought hasn't dawned on POTUS and FLOTUS.

I don't know about you badexperiment, but frankly some of Scrivener's descriptions of the effects he feels from the cell tower antenna torture systems are so similar to my own experiences that it's scary at times.

His descriptions of the effects really have scared me at times, because they are so close to my own experiences. But of course, there are also some differences - one such difference is that he seems to be a complete putz about navigating the Internet and using a computer.

I guess what I am really saying is that I don't want to really believe that such a "weapon" system actually exists and is being actively used on innocent people, such as you and me.

But I think it probably does really exist. My own experiences tell me so. In fact, as Scrivener says, In fact, I'd bet on it.

Scrivener is right, that crimes are being committed in the middle of democratic societies and without legal remedy - so far - perhaps the following plea for surveys on "embarrassments" in the West will give a hint at the ORIGINS of these crimes against humanity; straight from the Eastblock!
